when the leafs win the cup

We are all die hard long time loyal fans of the blue and white who deserve a chance to to show how much of our life has been pledged to the team that represents leaf nation.

If the owners of the Leafs gave us a chance to buy a stanley cup ring

would you buy it and wear it?

and how much would you pay for it?

I would buy one. But I don't think I would spend more than $200.

I'm assuming that they will give us replicas as opposed to the real rings.
I think the real rings would cost a fair bit.

Before the lockout I would spend as much as it would take to get my hands on such a prestigeous piece of history. But since this lockout, i have been left with a foul and bitter taste in my mouth and dont see myself spending another penny on anything having to do with the NHL, and its money hungry players AND owners!

You get a ring if you earn one, not because you can afford one.

I don't think I would want one. Certainly not to wear. To have a replicate to display in my Leafs room may be okay, but I can't imagine anyone who didn't play (or coach or train, etc) wearing one.

Rings

Lightning season ticket holders will be presented replica rings in a display case later this summer.

I don't mind that, being in a display case and all. It's a nice touch for season ticket holders actually. But you know people are going to try to pass them off for the real think.

Ditto on the

I wouldn't buy a ring. Mind you since it would have to be 18K or higher for me to wear I couldn't afford it.

If I had the money, I would pay $150. But, unfortunatley I wouldn't be able to afford one.

Are you making a prediction? Remember the last time a prediction was made out of Ottawa by none other than your leader Krusty?

He guaranteed a win over the Leafs in their playoff series. And what happened?
Huh? What happened? Hey, anybody see Thunderstruck?

Anything that comes out of Ottawa, take it with a grain of salt.

He's just trying to make himself feel better. All those loses over the years to the Maple Leafs in the playoffs have really hurt most Sens fans.

When you think of it... people were saying 'This is the year the Sens will win the cup' everytime the Leafs played them. I don't even have to tell you the outcome.

The Leafs are great at making it clear that the Sens are nothing but huge chokers.

That was hilarious. And didn't Krusty, the game after, lower his expectations and say: "We WILL score a goal!"

In that case I deserve a handful of the 18K ones because I actually PAID to watch those games at MLG.

I've already told my friends and family that when the Leafs win the Stanley Cup I'm off work for a week to party and then one more week to try and sober up. On second thought, when it happens I don't want to wake up - I've been dreaming 30+ years.

...when the Leafs win the cup there will be a regular shuttle bus to the moon and Mars that people can regularly take for a vacation. Ah yes...the fun of fantasy dreaming.
