Edit. Nm found it 5-1-1. Pretty good for such a disaster so far. Mind you, none of the truly tough teams. Basically training camp for us.

The real games start now.

I know what you meant, but if they don't win today it's a moot point.

Halls actually looked quite good too... Must be big game players or something.

Or is just based on how Ruff has utilized Hall?
Even if Canada wins it all, that doesn't excuse Ruff from not knowing the players from the west. He didn't properly prepare for this tournament and has made poor(imo) lineup decisions because of that. If they win it all, it will be off the backs of the star players(Stamkos, Giroux, PK) doing their thing and will have little to do with Ruff doing anything more than playing them.

Ruff may once have been a good coach, but he no longer is.

He looks like he has something to prove. Now with Staal gone he might get more minutes.

It's pretty bad watching a franchise player get injured like that at something a step or two above an allstar game. That looked like surgery.

It's not like it was some no-name player from a B pro-league that did it either. Edler should know better.

No kidding. Looked like intent to me. I hate the Canucks even more now. Didn't think that was possible.

Or Ruff will more quickly "shorten" the bench, stapling Hall and *insert other player* to the bench to "balance" the lines.

Maybe he'll finally staple Ladd to the 4th line.

One can dream...

Hall looked a lot better when he was put with skinner and o'reilly last game too, think he and duchene simply don't work together.

O'Reilly up with Duchene and Eberle. Hall's the odd man out it looks like. Wonder if Ruff'll just go with 3 lines.

Schultz has looked very good today IMO.

Eberle has been dangerous and Hall has been okay in the limited minutes he's gotten.

Looks like Hall is back with Duchene and Eberle.
