I love how the Finnish commentator on the free channel over here messes up the names of your players and coaches:
It's:
Schacka
Schmitt
Hanwack

But he gets Palushaj 100% spot on.

I'm so impressed by EJ. He's having a great tournament. Always calm and in control. I love it.

It is a good sign, but he needs to take that next step in the NHL next season.

I'm so confused watching this game. Who is Stashny?

For that matter, four defensive pairings is so weird and the ice is so friggin big. Switching from playoff hockey to this is depressing too, both teams are so weak and the game is a lot slower.

Cool how good Staz and EJ have been though. I can't see them not making the Olympic team.

Also, penalties, what's up with the recent calls on the US?

You should have watched Germany vs Austria earlier today. No idea what the refs are thinking.

Stastny with a class move to pass to Smith so he could get the hat trick. EJ had a great final shift.

And EJ. He was extremely good today. Trouba impressed me, too.

Yeah those two were really good as well. It was good to see Trouba bounce back after having a bad game against Russia. Carle continues to unimpress me, same with McBain.

I'll say it... Hunwick has been pretty good as well. Better than a number of US defenders.

No, this is impossible. Our panel of largely inexperienced hockey-watchers have mostly agreed that he is useless.

Team USA has given up the first goal in every game so far. Sounds familiar? That said it was a very nice win for them.

Landeskog with 2 goals, nice

Damien Fleury is a really solid player, but I am not surprised I think in a decade or so France will be the new Switzerland while Suiss will be the new Finland.

Im guessing the Canada v Sweden game will not be televised?

Colorado Avalanche ‏@Avalanche 30m
Coming up in an about an hour (12:15 p.m. MT), a couple of Avs will face each other as Canada (Duchene & O'Reilly) plays Sweden (Landeskog).

If you live in Canada, you can watch it on TSN.

Russian interview with EJ. If somebody knows Russian they might be able to clear up some of the google translate errors.
