Honestly I prefer if he goes in round 4+, seems like that's where most NHL starters get picked, if at all

I like Roy, Geertsen, and Doetzel out of the west. Good, underrated defenseman.

Sven Andrighetto for me. Saw him play multiple times and he impresses me every time. Definitely top 6 potential.

Zach Nastasiuk has impressed me. Big, strong on the boards, and has good hands as well. Yan-Pavel Laplante is interesting too.

Ian McCoshen. If he somehow ends up outside of the 1st whatever team drafts him is getting an absolute STEAL!

There's a lot of underrated D from the WHL in this draft. Marc McNulty and Tyler King are also guys I like for later round picks.

I will keep hyping Jesse Lees from Kelowna as well. Also cannot forget Williams from Pats and Wheaton again from Rockets.

Personally I am not a fan of McNulty.

McNulty is really raw. I think he'll get drafted in the 5th round or so just because of his size and skating ability. Overally I have him as a late 6th.

Well...no way is Nick Baptiste only in the early 60's and that is just for NA skatdfs as Central Scouting has hom ranked...afger what I saw at the U-18's you gotta now consider him ahead of Nastasiuk who they had as # 13 NA. ...the skating differential on favour of Baptiste was so evident to explain why he wad.of much greater ompact and Nastasiuk disappointed...reverse the rankings!

Lucas Wallmark, he will be very good and does not seem to attract much attention

Edgars Kulda from the Edmonton Oil Kings. He's taken leaps and bounds over the course of the year and has been super in the playoffs.

I agree he's improved immensely. He's already an overage, I think. Could see him maybe getting picked in the 7th.

Nikita Zadorov - Could you call him a dark horse?

Sven Andrighetto as well. Is Draisatl eligible this year?

Draisatl is 2014 eligible, and is top 15 projected.

Came to post Dauphin. Love his game. Could see some team falling in love with him and reaching at the end of the first. Reminds me of Danault.

Anthony Mantha, Seems to not really gammer any attention on these boards. Should go late first round but has all the tools of a top ten pick. He plays a ton like Ryan Getzlaf as he hits like a train, fights, has some dirty hands in close, and has a lazer of a wrister. Which ever team grabs him after the tenth pick will be laughing in years to come. Definitly someone you want on the second line of a winning franchise.

Completely agree - very strong on the puck and causes lots of turnovers as well - the Dauphin goal against the US was all him (how he came out of that scrum with the puck), also caused a Czech turnover that led to McDavid's goal. And sees the ice pretty well too. Closest comparison I can find is Jannick Hansen.

Kyle Burroughs. Underrated puck moving ability. Undersized but not afraid. Competitive and skilled.

Only -8 on a team with -70ish goal differential, and played a ton of minutes too.

Impressed me each time I watched the Pats this year. He and Jesse Lees (who is no longer a dark horse since every body keeps saying him LOL).
