They are completely brain dead.

Let's make it happen.

Colvin played tonight. Guess they decided to bring in extra OF. Of course EY looked horrible too. His speed is nice but the guy is a horrible fielder.

Tebow to the Pats. Can't wait for the Tebow chants at Foxboro when Brady throws a pick

Yup. Signing him is going to hurt the Pats more than they care to admit.

NE might be the only team in the NFL that can handle Tebow quite easily. Not to mention the man who shall not be named will get the guy he took in the 1st round back and while he's awful at alot of things he's good with QB's and helping contribute to the offense.

If I'm Tebow there isn't a place I'd rather be and ain't no way Tom Brady or Belichick will even entertain any of that Tebow madness.

Tebow will not see the field, do you honestly think Brady will come out of the game on 1st and goal from the 3 to let Tebow come in a run the ball? Hell no, Brady won't come out of games, especially in scoring situations.

Not sure I really understand them bringing in Tebow.

ESPN ticker said he would remain a QB and be slate as the number 3 in mini-camp.

Tebow will probably see some gametime...but it won't ever be as a QB in New England.

IF he wants to stay in the NFL, he has to accept that it won't be as a QB, and that's not a bad thing. They guy could make it as a RB Bruiser (like Peyton Hillis), or yes, even a Tight End.

Tebow needs to get over his own Ego on this. He can always say that he was an NFL QB, because he did play and lead his team to the Playoffs and even a Playoff win as a QB, but that time is now in the past. If he accepts this, he can have a long career, and most likely win numerous Super Bowls.

The Hypocrisy of the media:

NY Jets trade for Tebow and its considered a circus move, NE signs him and its a genius move. Not quite sure how it can be a circus move for one team but a genius move for another.

One major difference between NE and NY, Pats have a great coach, Jets have a big mouthed moron who should focus more on coaching rather than running his mouth all the time.

Because the Jets had no intention of ever using Tebow, and gave up assets (however small) to get him.

The Patriots have given up no assets to get him, and he'll be working with arguably the best football mind of the last 20 years in Bill Belichick.

I still don't believe that he'll be used as a QB.

2 year deal for Tebow. No guaranteed money.

I think Bill will use him as a H-Back, if anything. Especially now with Gronkowski and Welker out, they need another option in the middle of the field.

If they don’t use him as a H-Back and have no plans for playing him (which I think is just as good of a chance), I think he’ll sit behind Mallett and Brady and serve an apprenticeship for an assistant coaching gig.

McDick believes him in him as a QB. Belichick is an amazing head coach who's proven himself as much as one can. I'd be surprised if Tebow see's the field at all. Jets used him as a gimmick and had no intentions of using him as a starting QB or developing him.

I think Tebow went to the Pats because they'll try and develop him. He'll have no pressure, nobody expects him to fight for the starting job, he reunites with a guy who believes in him as a QB, just a really good place to be.

Or who knows, maybe he'll be fully converted into a TE or goal line back. Won't be any wildcat or any gimmicks like that. I think the Patriots are just taking a chance on him, just a QB you try and groom and see what happens because eventually Brady will hang 'em up.

Either he turns into a reasonable H-back in camp, or he gets cut in camp, IMO.

Unless New England has some master plan of bagging extra point attempts, and trying to get 8 points out of every touchdown by putting Tebow in there to run in every PAT.

Went to the Rockies game, those two "balks" were fishy at best. And losing your 3 best players is hard to overcome.

(To McGahee's release) If he's not showing up for these camps and not "fighting" for the job like he should and you think you have 2 backs better than him it only makes sense to cut him (especially from a money standpoint)

I guess the praise of Ball wasn't over effusive.

Had Willis come to camp it would have taken reps away from Ball that he used to impress.
