I'm expecting a blowout for the home team. And Schroeder to be called up.

I hope I won't be disappointed.

A good tune up game, an opportunity to give ice time to the call-ups and give maintenance days to the starters. Give the start to Luongo, he hasn't had a lot of games lately and if Schneider's injury is a problem, it would be a good thing to have Luongo warmed up.

I think its already confirmed lou will start or pretty well confirmed.

I thought gillis said during the half time show they feel its better to keep cory out until playoffs.

Unless I imagined that.

Is it wrong of me to hope edmonton gets a point or a win.

I dont want that embarrassing franchise to get another top 5 pick.

Can we just ask the Alberta Golden Bears to play for us?

I hope we start Cannata in an effort to make it so the Oilers have a worse chance to draft #1 overall...you know they are very good at the whole draft "lottery" thing.

I'm just hoping the Canucks show up and put in a good effort, could care less about the two points.

Canucks are being power smart... they try not to use the switch very often it seems.

Better save it for the playoffs.

No injuries, please. Really don't care if we win or lose. Ideally, sit some of the core (Kesler, Burrows, Daniel, Hamhuis) and dress some farm hands.

If they don't practice turning it on, how will they know how to use it during the playoffs?

Flipping a switch takes a lot of skill and experience. I didn't know how to turn on the lights until I was 6.

Let them win so they don't draft Jones.

That's weird. The other day I was speculating somewhere on here whether the ugly defensive play was a season long preparation for the playoffs. I think it was after the Hawks game when they looked so good out of nowhere. Strange to see it half confirmed like that.

If they play like we did in G7 stanley cup finals, then we should have no problem beating them.
