Any time other than the morning rush hour the few cars there are gone within seconds and everbody turning left could be gone before the lights change but no cant turn and the worst part is the next batch of guys coming north just about make it to the stop line as the light changes. There's no chance for them to make it from the last light to this one before the change but we still cant turn.
Serves you right for living in Millwoods.

No, Environment Canada had Yellowknife colder by a few degrees, though Edmonton was 10C colder then Alert.

I do not miss that Alberta wind.

It might stay colder longer here, but there's no wind and the weather is consistent, making the temperatures very easy to get use to

I took my dog for a 90 minute walk last night and it was horrid. She chased a rabbit and came back looking like the abominable snowman. Took me 15 minutes to thaw her face when we got home... bad decision Had to have been -37 or so with the chill factor.

Negative. Her only goal apparently seems to be to torment them. She gave up the chase after a minute or two. Got distracted by something a little more interesting... short attention span lol.

Supposedly some little place just outside of Ponoka got that prize on Friday night. Leedale? Never heard of it, but still pretty close to home.

When does the unheated garage door opener always stop working? yep...

-40 on a weekend.

Got it fixed, still can't feel my hands.

This is still stupid cold.

I think this is worse than normal -40 because it seems like a fair amount of humidity in the air and of course the wind..

Time for something like this?
