Same series as last year, same result. Kings have owned St. Louis in recent memory, but I'll give the Blues some credit. Kings in 5.

Blues have the same problem vs the Kings as they did last year.
Kings are as big, and as physical, the difference is LA has more gamebreaking talent, and IMO will be the differene

Yes, regular season blah blah blah. I'm still nervous about this series. Both teams are gonna get wrecked. BUt should be fun.

GO KINGS!!!

Not quite the same series, St. Louis added some players and they have to be angry with the way LA has beaten them repeatedly. Blues come out hungry and win in 7.

Kings in five. This is exactly the series the Kings were hoping for.

very very close series imo.

someone in 7, I'll make up my mind later.

This is a series I most want to watch after the Leafs series.

Kings have won 8 in a row vs the Blues. 3 this year, 4 in the playoffs, and their last matchup last year. They'll extend that to 12.

Obviously it is not the "same series", but the two teams have the same names as the ones that played in the 2nd round last year.

It'll be closer than last year, but I still think the Kings and Blues play very similar styles, with the Kings simply playing it better. Kings will win a trench war.

Ugh.. Why did it have to be the kings?

Including regular season and playoffs the Blues are 1-9-1 against LA dating back to the beginning of last year.

If it weren't for lost revenue I think I would rather see the Blues just forfeit to avoid the embarrassment.

I honestly have no idea.

7 games though.

At least 2 or 3 injuries.

Woohoo! Kings in 3

But seriously, despite our success against the Blues over these past couple of seasons. This will not be an easy series, and you can bet the west will be glad that one of these two teams will not be advancing to the second round.

Honestly, the Blues announcing Elliott as the starter took away any concerns I had about their new additions. We'll see how Bouwmeester likes getting run repeatedly, because during his career to this point, we haven't had the chance to find out.

I would consider a loss here to be a huge disappointment. 6 games for LA to win it.

I don't see LA having the same run as they did last year, much less repeat, but they should handle St. Louis with relative ease

LA in 5

Well not all of the same names. St. Louis did add a few players and they will be angry this time around. Blues in 7.
