Philly vs. Ads - Round 1

Should be a great series. I think we had a better record against you than Bingo, so I'm happy with the matchup. Here's to a great series!

If last nights game is any indication, see you in the penalty box.

I can't wait for it to start, Ruutu fights Fedoruk by the end of this series I promise you. This is going to be great.....pro-hockey playoffs are underway.

Ruutu isn't playing...

Take your pick of Thornton, Brown, or Moen.

Anyways, i'm looking forward to this series. Win or lose, I hope its a good one.

Should be interesting to see how Jim Vandermeer responds. Its just a shame we dont have his Brother still playing for us.

I'm going to the 1st and 2nd Game so hopefully the Phantoms take the early 2-0 lead in the series. I mean they better since for whatever reason the next 3 games are in Norfolk

That confuses me too. If you look at other playoff series, some are very different. Might be a conflict of scheduled events.

They had a conflict with the Sixers since they made the playoffs. I'm just surprised that was the best outcome they could come up with.

This is the eigth time since the team's conception, eight years ago, that we've made the playoffs. I'm choked up with pride.

I have been looking forward to this game all week. It was so frustrating listening to games on the internet that I didn't really care about all week while waiting for the Phatoms, so I am so happy Friday is finally here. Plus, tomorrow they're putting the Phantoms game on Comcast Sportsnet here.

1-0 Admirals. Apparently a really nice shot to the top corner over the glove of Niittymaki by Bourque on the PP.

Just got home from the game. 3-1 Phantoms.

Bourque's goal was a nice deflection of a point shot.

Pitkanen made a great pass to Stafford for the first goal.

I thought Patrick Sharp was the best player on the ice.

Carter is going to be a good one, always moving his feet, was good on face-offs, helped kill off a 5-on-3.

Niitty was very good as usual, only goal was a deflection into the top corner.

Umberger is stronger than expected and is very good in the corners and along the wall.

Eager, was banging guys all night and creating turnovers and loose pucks for Sim and Umberger.

Phantoms win game 2 3-0. Jeff Carter scores his first of the playoffs.

Carter made that goal look too easy IMO. Just deked right and stuffed it.

Are they going to show Games 3 and 4 on CSN?
