I applied for an elite team this year, it was supposed to be the culmination of a year's worth of long hard work and was supposed to start a dream season.

Instead it's looking like a nightmare, 2 of my top assistants left and I can't replace them, I have a 3rd quality one but he's never coache before. My chances of getting the team have been severly hurt.

My assistants basically abandoned me, they lead me on the whole year, and both bailed for either another low level team or a stupid reason. In fact one bailed hours after I had gotten my own A team... He literally accepted the position and hours later quit on me.
