Hahahahaa....love it.

Kings-Blues is EPIC so far. I think the kings woke up though. Terrible goal for Elliott to let in in OT though, voynov didn't even get alot on the shot

i admit, i love the Ovy bashing, because I always thought he was a lazy player unless there was a scoring chance available to him. And this makes him look bad and deservedly so.

I'm thankful that Tavares, as our leader and best player, is the complete opposite of this.

I remember JT diving to stop an empty net goal in a meaningless regular season game, when it looked like the Isles were not making the playoffs and thinking - wow, this guy is so competitive and wants to win, not just score points.
And that he deserved better than this Isles team/organization.

Fast forward to today (a few short weeks later) and this Isles team is the hardest working team in the playoffs, top to bottom.

Amazing.

Three Ranger home games---- Total PPs - 15 for Rangers, 5 for Caps---
Including a few 5 on 3's for the Rangers---

Am i the only one kinda depressed seeing toronto take boston to a game 7 after being down 3-1, and we couldnt? All three lower seeded teams have a chance to win, except for us, and I really think we are a better team than all of them. With better goaltending I think we would have beaten Pittsburgh, and I think even with the exact way we played against the Pens we would have beaten Montreal, Washington and probably even Boston.

Toronto is crazy for the Leafs, the city catches fire - granted its been 9 years. I'm pulling for theLeafs to go far, now that the Isles are out.

But I will say the Islanders deserve better and with a bit of luck, a couple more players, this team will be deadly.

Isles would have rolled over any other team. I think the Pens will rally and start running over teams, now that the scare is gone. Isles played them really tough.

Damn, Reimer has been simply outstanding. And Lundqvist/Holtby too. Huge difference compared to our series. And yes, April Reimer is a treat.

No no, it was his sister Christi they kept showing tonight...but yes April is a babe. April....love that name. Makes me think of April O'Neal from the ninja turtles lol

Anyway, shame that Reimer couldn't get the shutout. Good for the leafs forcing game 7

I too think if the isles played another team like MTL, the team would be relaxing waiting for the semifinals right now. But all they had to do was beat Philly that 2nd to last game of the season...

Also, watching wings-ducks now. Once again, Jimmy Howard making the big saves. As much as don't really like detoit, I like Jimmy Howard and I don't think he's ever won a playoff series, so for that reason alone I would like Detroit to win.

Edit: scratch that...apparently he has since he's now 2-1 in game 7s.

Kings have always been my alternate team. Went to SCF game 4 last year in NJ. Of course it was the one game the Kings lose. I wanted to see the Cup hoisted live.

That being said, nothing matched the intensity of the crowd for these three home games. Not even a SCF.

Go Kings Go!

Blackhawks are my second favorite team, rooting for Hawks-Sens cup. Would be awesome.

One way or the other, I'm so tired of seeing the Evil Empire on Broadway have their ultra-underachieving ways just barely saved by a guy who pitches a shutout just about every other night.

They. Just. Don't. Deserve. That. Kind. Of. Fortune!

Still goin' nuts over Columbus assisting the Rag$ in giving them Brassard and Moore in return for the NYR's most highest paid underachiever.

Anyone hate the rangers as much as I do?

I am watching this Caps/rags game and I am super stressed out. There is nothing worse for me in the world of sports than the rangers potentially winning the Cup. I can't take it. I want the Caps to win so bad tonight.

I think the rangers beat either the Leafs or Bruins. Then I'd have to most likely root for the Penguins.

For the love of Pete (whoever Pete is)...Please let the Caps win tonight so I can rest easier for five months.

I want them both to lose. I can't stand Ovy's floating, though playing well tonight. Would be nice if Isles beat them both in the playoffs - maybe next year and the next 20.

Also love to see Torts in post-game distress.
