Holy cow, this one's another tear jerker for me.

I've been following the team for the better part of 30 years and I get most emotional when thinking about our beloved broadcasters and the season ticket holders who have been to so many games night after night.

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Love these videos!
They all get me going but this one really hit home for me.
Life long Kings fan here. My Dad and brother started following the Kings when the franchise opened and I was born into it a few years later. Growing up in SoCal and being a hockey fan and player back in the day, you were in the minority!
After not just following this team and sticking with them all these years through the mostly downs and occasional ups, but being lucky enough to have these fantastic, top-shelf, class act announcers on both TV and radio(though I remember when Nick was Bob's color guy back during the "ON TV" days!) through all these years and having them there, still with us, to deliver those glorious words that our Kings are now Stanley Cup Champions. So perfectly put by Bob that all those years of frustration and disappointment are gone, made it all that much sweeter to taste the long awaited victory (actually muted my TV and listened to Nick for the final tear filled minutes of that dominant win) that I thought would never come. A victory made sweeter by never jumping ship and becoming a band-wagoneer for the flavor of the season and taking all the ribbing by Kings haters, wow, so worth it!
And for Jim Fox, who when originally came on with Bob, I really could not stand. Cringing every time when he would say "Tweeners". He has come a long way and has become, in my opinion, the best color guy in the business. To see him lose it and start crying in the final moments was just awesome! I certainly do not look forward to the day that Bob hangs it up, actually cannot imagine Kings hockey without Bob, but I am so glad that we will have not just a former King in the booth but a seasoned announcer that can take the helm for many years to come.
Hats off to these guys for providing their passion for this team and this great sport that bleeds through our TV and radio speakers and makes the memory all that more special to enjoy and reflect on.

May our dominance over the Blues continue through this first round and pave the way to another fun, nerve wrecking, nail chewing, butterflies in the stomach, sleepless, all those horible/wonderfull feelings that you just love/hate, playoff run!!!
Love this team, love this sport.
GO KINGS GO!!!!

I started to tear up a little bit there when I saw Jim Fox start to cry. Powerful stuff there.

Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great job on all these videos, KV.

Some people tend to overlook that the broadcast team is part of the team as well, and especially what it means to them as they are the vehicle for the emotion from the team to the fans, and any time you relive great moments in sports, you always hear the call, whether you're watching it or just thinking about it.

And I think both calls were great, even though they were so different. If I was a PXP, I'd be closer to Nick Nickson, but one thing that's hard to believe is amidst celebration, they're still calling the game that's still happening.
