The 2nd scenario is that none gets in. This way no Avy is chosen.
The 3rd scenario is that both gets in. The Hawks win the series, you can choose my Avy for 2 weeks. If Kings win, I get to choose yours for 2 weeks.
Sounds good.

Rags up 2-0.

Pens vs sens and rags vs leafs.who wouldve thunk it.

Seriously, I know Avalanche sucks, but why are we so much worse teams than most of these? Only thing these teams have is HOT goaltender. Hot Varly and we can make it next season as well. (Of course we need to improve defense as well)

Our offense was terrible this season. We were barely better than Nashville.

I'd blame most of it on defense. They can't make any transition game.

Great.
My imagination is so dry, so prepare to be disappointed with the Avy I will choose for you.

Man, Rangers really piling it on with the goals.

Really wish we still had McClement.

He has been an absolute beast for the Leafs this entire season. And while I didn't think it was possible for a purely defensive player to take over an NHL game, IMO McClement has taken over the Leafs-Bruin game. When he is on the ice right now the Bruins just aren't generating anything at all.

He's a wizard.

He's a wizard.
Given our capspace, there really wasn't a reason why we shouldn't have kept him, especially since he'd excel on our bottom six.

Pretty dumb a teams like the blues and ducks are out, when they could of easily made it to the finald if they were in the east.

Thats why I think it should be 1 vs 16 regardless of conferences.

I don't think the price was problem. He wanted to go home or something.

He turned down more money from the Avs to go home.

True. East just looks weak at the moment.

According to TPS I think we gave him a $8.25mil/3 year deal.
Which is almost 100% more AAV of what Leafs gave him.

It wasn't for a lack of trying.

McClement just wanted to go home unfortunately.

We offered him something like 2.25M for 3 years and went to the Leafs for like 1.5M(Or whatever he is making now).

Cant blame the guy for taking less money to be closer to home, but it really sucks that we lost him for nothing.
