Soft soft goal by scheider.

Say what you will about Loungo, he at least has a second effort on bad rebounds.

Picked the Canucks going in because I figured the Sharks wouldn't manage to keep surviving on their power play in the playoffs.. guess I didn't consider that type of officiating.

Incoming media meltdown by the Canucks.

For those of you old school fans familiar with Bret Hart's heel character in 1997, prepare for deja vu on the main board with Canucks fans and their opinion on the officiating in this series.

TSN almost embarrassed themselves. I heard them complaining about the reffing more than calling the damn game

What a series. I hate how we're going to hear how the refs cost the Canucks the series though.

Watching the first round of the playoffs it's clear to me that Edmonton has a long ways to go before they'll be a threat in the West. They need more guys with more tenacity very badly.

You can't send a guy into the boards from behind from that far away. Dangerous play from Sedin, and a definite penalty. Any whining from that call is unwarranted.

Schneider played bad tonight. His rebound control was horrible.

With that loss, the window is now closed in Vancouver... Unless they get some unreal return from Luongo.

And even more depressing is that they only need to be half as good to be a playoff team in the east.

We won as many May games as the Canucks.

That last call on Daniel Sedin was terrible, to be fair.

Sedin was definitely interference/boarding. The Bieksa call was a dive, though.

It was borderline for sure. But that goal by schnieder was even worse.

Not only do the Sharks get playoff revenge, it's a sweep, and the 3rd & 4th goals were from Bieksa & Sedin penalties. How sweet it is.

I've been watching the Sharks for a long time and this is as focused as I've seen them. Their breakout and transition games are the best in years and they're a faster team without Clowe & Murray.

I don't think they can win the Cup but they can feel vindicated tonight.

Also apparent how much more of a threat Thornton is when he starts to shoot.

Thanks for playing Schneider and not Luongo Vigneault, much obliged.

The 7-2 demolition by the Oilers to finish the season is what got the ball rolling for the Nucks. Woooooo!!!
