Not sure if this post is a joke, but Halpern is excellent.

Kristo is with Team USA at the World Championships, he's not going to play for the Habs this season.

Not it won't, it will show us what kind of goalie we have. The team will show up I have no doubt, like they did all season. But will Price show up, that's the issue. And if you look at his history, chances are he will be worse.

That's hockey. There are 30 teams. It's not easy making it. You have to remember last year we were dead last.

Thats why we need to rid of DD and draft a guy like Gauthier this draft.
Don't sell Halpern short...he's no Larry but can be effective!
I like Dumont's energy too ...I'd put him in over Ryder

That being said, I agree that in the 3rd period we lacked chances.
I love it when people say the 50 shots were weak ones, lol. We completely dominated this game. Shots lead to scoring chances, those who outshoot their opponents also out chance their opponents. Anderson was outstanding.

sens are in tough to beat us 4 times. they'll need everything to go their way, I'm okay with that.

that said, I hope we go with dumont because we need more energy.

prust moves up, and dumont in place of prust.

People who think there's nothing wrong with Price are like the people who try to convince us that Gionta has been playing fine. But see what happened tonight? It's the playoff, can't be more serious than this so coach won't put up with that crap anymore (i.e. be patient and HOPE that your player gets his act together): Gionta wasn't ready to play. So MT sent Gionta to the 4th line and no more PP time for him in the 2nd period. Instead, he sent the rookie who's been playing playoff hockey for the last 3 months.

If Price lets in soft goals in tight game like this, we'll see Budaj soon enough.

We should put Galchenyuk in Desharnais's place the guy was 10 times better than this midget tonight. Plus he has some serious vision. With Eller out both him and Gallagher will have to continue to step up their game.

But hey that wasn't a hit near the head.... FU idiots who think that

I hope we take out half there team!
There was no contact with the head. His nose was broke and he was knocked unconscious for landing face first on the ice. It wasn't interference either, the puck touched his stick. There shouldn't even have been a penalty on the play imo. The 5 mins was a direct result of the injury. I love Eller, but there was no head contact here.

Send Blunden/White to cheapshot Karlsson/Anderson. Payback with blood.

When i saw Eller down on the ice, motionless, i almost throwed my controller into the TV. Good god i was mad. And knowing that we lost him for the playoffs, i just want to punch somebody or break something. He was flying outhere. Our only center build for playoffs...

FFS

Just hope somebody take care of Gryba next game. And by taking care, i mean to do him exactly what he did to eller tonight.

I really hope that doesn't happen.. I'd rather get payback on the scoreboard and winning the series.

Prust, Moen and White were all underwhelming tonight. Show emotion in those kind of things.

Blindside should be the factor being focused on. We keep hearing about players in vulnerable positions, protect the players, and then when a hab gets hit its clean hockey play. **** on that. This is worse than what Maxpac got suspended for on Letang. I'm sorry but its a dirty hit.
