when will yeo realize that not every line needs to play the dump and chase, cycle for hours style? put out the 4th line to wear em down and give the skilled guys the freedom to exploit their talent for once
Honestly it's refreshing to see Brodin make a rookie mistake like that in the Sharp goal. I get so lost in thinking he's a 10 year vet that I forgot that he's a 19yr old rookie. It'll happen and from what it looks like he's not letting it effect his play like usual.
I feel like he played the Kane spin I Rama move well and that was right after the Sharp goal, that's what impresses me so much.
If the Wild are down like this late in the game and there is no rough stuff or runs taken, it speaks of the player's will to win, and the coach's thought process. If we get swept I think Yeo is out.
I don't want to stoop to goon tactics to win games, or just to injure someone. That is something I have, and I think we all do, pride ourselves that the team plays above that level of discontent. However, you are right that if they don't take it up a notch on Sunday or Tuesday that Yeo deserves to canned. I already will know it is over if he puts Brodz back out on an offensive zone faceoff instead of the top 2 damn lines
