Definitely 2-0 against the Kings. This is like watching a really scary horror movie for the second time. Still a couple of jumps, but for the most part you know the story.

This might be an overreaction but i was thinking after last game already we need to do house cleaning and try to find a first liner to play with kesler. And sedins moved to the 2nd on the last year of the contract.

Sedins: nothing, did nothing, produced nothing, lazy, slow, poke checking fall down perimeter hockey. Same old ****.

Edler: where to begin, that was a disaster, this guy is supposed to be our number 1 guy and that's one of our biggest problems. HORRIBLE game, awful, giveaways all over the place, stupid decisions including the one that cost us that game. So inconsistent.

Roy: Tiny, too small to do a damn thing out there against the SJ men.

Kesler was a warrior and inspiration, Luongo was great but hated their 2nd goal.

Roy has been invisible.

Schroeder is better value. Spend those extra bucks on Torres and Morrow, or Iginla.

Edler / Bieksa were both -2. On for all 3 goals against. Need to change up the pairs to get some defensive balance.

What a horrible feeling losing this way. I hate this as much as any loss we've had since the finals.

This is not a panic post what so ever, but it's clear it's time for a shake up, and it's time to trade the "Core".

It's getting way 2 much of a broken record watching the canucks, I don't think a coaching firing will be enough.

Still it's 0-2, Still a chance to win this series, but man.

The Sedins have proven they can't get it done when its on the line. AV's line juggling is abysmal.

The Sedin's are just not playoff players.

I hope to see all three gone by the start of next season.

Complete failure on every level.
-Gillis failed to get Torres for a 2nd round pick at the deadline...I hope that pick is worth throwing this entire season in the trash.
-Raymond still in the lineup after proving year after year that he is utterly useless.
-Hansen missed that empty netter
-The Sedins were lollygagging with the puck in their own zone and failed to clear when they had a chance instead looking for that pass to Burrows leading to a turn over and the tie goal
-Roy= invisible
-Daniel had a open net and shot the puck wide into a Niemi doing snow angels
-Burrows missed the net on a wide open look
-The team was reduced to a 3 line team once again in the post-season
-Weise and Ebbet played like 4 minutes each
-**** this ****
-I'm tired of this crap
-Split the ****ing twins
-and surprise surprise...Edle gets yet another one of his blueline shots blocked leading to the final nail in the coffin...bad habits not weeded out in the regular season showed their ugly heads at the worst time. No surprise.
-This coach has a winning system for regular season play, which gets you in the post-season but has yet to show his system can generate offfense...this team has no offense...its a systems issue

LB, I got the sense from our fire AV/keep AV discussions in that past that you are an AV backer. Specifically when you have asked, multiple times, how he has coached poorly as proof for the criticism. The Sedin line+ Edler-Bieksa out with a minute left is exhibit A.

But I think you might now be onboard with the fire AV train?

Ignoring the fact that they've been two of our best defensive forwards all year of course.

Also ignoring the fact you can't play Kesler/Higgins/Hansen for he last 5 minutes straight.

Sometimes I think this team loses because , quite honestly. Our so called fans deserve it.

team is a running joke in the playoffs for 5 years straight...if burrows didnt have that chicago game 7 winner the amount of futility would be up there as being unparalleled in modern postseason north american professional sports

So I guess we all agree resigning Roy would be a bad idea? looks no better than Wellwood in the playoffs.

Probably doesn't think so much of AV's coaching style. He's not re-upping - I wasn't exactly expecting him before; but definately not now.

Typical Canucks. Get your hopes up and then choke like always. This team is going nowhere for the foreseeable future.

Yeah.....no. Usually the arguments are a bit more philosophical in nature. Tonight there exists tangible events to which we can point.

sharks also hit two posts, and had prime scoring chances- look at SJ's home record and tell me this series isn't over.

I still can't believe the Sedins were out there with a minute left.

SJ's 2nd rounder is better. Would not have been enough.

I'm officially on the "Fire AV" bandwagon.

Sitting back on 1-goal leads for two seasons, just relying on the goalie to bail us out for the last 10-40 minutes of the game.

I've had enough.
