I'd give Crosby the Lindsay in a landslide. He was "lapping the field" for such a great portion of the season - to an extent we haven't seen too often in recent years), but I agree with you regarding the Hart. Tavares deserves more Hart consideration than Crosby, and it's not even close (huge Crosby fan, too).

edit: And oh boy those Wings. Wouldn't want to face them next series if they win game 7.

What a strange concept....a goalie can't stop pucks he doesn't see? Hey maybe we should try that sometimes....

Lol what? Reimer hasn't been amazing in these playoffs, the OT goal last night would;ve had people flipping out if Price had let it in.

Crazy how people are overrating Reimer when he has never even started 40 games in a season.

That has not existed in the Habs playbook for many years.

But for an anemic offense like the sens' to score that many goals ? It wasn't just the goalies. They sure as hell didn't give us any chance to win though. Basically, only time we got good goaltending was game 2 which we won.
I agree. I've been watching a lot of games as well. I find all our defence is too similar. Need a better mix/support. I thought we also had good goaltending in game 4 as well, but unlucky bounces... besides the OT goal of course.

I've seen some goals from our team when the guy in front was named Gallagher. Just that the others didn't seem interested...

It's actually possible with good positioning and luck? Not that screening isnt worth it.

Too many here looking jealously around the league at the goaltender-du-jour.

Probably the same people who thought that Budaj was unequivocally better than Price.

Yet he has played better than Price who is "great". Some of you need to wake up.

Reimer isn't a better goalie than Price, but he's playing better....I don't care who's better, I just want to see good play. The only game Reimer looked weak in was game 4.

Du jour? We had the worst goaltending duo in the playoffs. Damn near every goalie has played better than our goalies.

Our goaltending certainly wasn't inspiring (except for Game 2) though I will argue that Price deserved the victory in Game 4 but refs.

With the whole injury bug devastating the team, off-ice media circus (oddly enough, like last season), the goaltending would have hopefully been better, but it wasn't.

I wouldn't just chuck them aside in disgust like so many here with roving eyes are seeming to do.

But what is it though ? Is it a recording ? Some really old chick ? What's the story behind it ? It confuses me how they somehow think it's a good idea to play that there... no one can possibly like that awful noise.

I'm not chucking them aside. They just didn't play well. Price is who I'm more disappointed in. He will get better...I hope.

To those saying habs D was bad... look at the chance the kings just allowed. Player was all alone with Quick. Even good defensive teams with big players allow these chances. It happens. No goal though, big save by Quick. That's why he's paid the big money.

It doesn't sound like Cartman on TV... it sounds like a kid Lil Wayne.

Quick had worse numbers than Price this year...
