Considering what happened, I'm happy with the result. Price deff kept the game from getting out of hand. We should really be up. I don't get how we miss open nets like that.

Ugly period. Sens dominated. Forget this one and come back flying the 2nd.

It was clear they would cool off after their crazy hot opening, people just gotta chill in this GDT. Habs have all the momentum, the Sens are crazy young and have bad centre depth - it's our series to lose.

I hated the 1st period. The refs ruined it but we were not playing well.

What happened to Pacioretty this season man? No speed, no skill, no brain, no toughness. Nothing.

You should've used Movember Diaz.

Holy. We got dominated out there. The fact that it's tied is good news, if we don't come out the same way in the 2nd.

Dude, I have no clue. If I'm MT, I tell the team to hit the **** out of Alfie and Karlsson. Those guys are fearless right now because they don't expect to be hit.

i hope he's yelling to finish checks....because it's not happening.

there is little cycle outside bourque. habs look scared, and great dman matching by the 'walrus'. he's doing an extra special job, right now.

pk needs to settle down, and pacioretty looks bad and to put him back in, scared to take hits, really makes his game less effective.

Oh, I agree. Didn't mean to imply he's been bad, although a little invisible. Patches on the other hand has been a disaster. I have no idea whether it's him and DD dragging each other down, one or both just sucking or an injury, but they really need to step it up. I still think they desperately need to be split up.

- Moral victory coming out 1-1

-Tinordi and especially Diaz looked awful

-Don't like Ryder on that line one bit

-Price looks smooth, liked where he was placing his rebounds

-Ottawa with the power play possession arrow, probably get the next 2 PP's

Yes, they can't keep that intensity up forever. Habs are in a good position, tied after the first after Sens got their home ice adrenalin out of their system.

We started that period like **** but turned it around by the end. Should bode well for the rest of the game. Glad we got out tied.

I hope we find out that both Pacioretty and Desharnais have been playing injured this season because I just can't deal with them anymore. Desharnais can't win a puck battle to save his life and Pacioretty doesn't hit or drive to the net anymore.

I don't blame him. That was stupid by Max - could have got someone seriously injured, or cough up the puck and a scoring chance against. At that point he should have just fired the puck into the sens zone instead of that suicide pass...

Well, 1-1 after 1 is not bad for a road game
