Brodie and Dillon have been brutal today, mistakes on pretty much every play.

Only a Team Canada World Championships team could get outshot 12-3 in a period by a defensive opponent.

I have a bad feeling Canada might lose and I'm gonna blame Ruff. He seriously doesn't know how to create decent lines.

Brodie and Dillon are terrible. Can we get two of Doughty, Hamonic, Subban, Pietrangelo, Letang, even Phaneuf...?

Great period by the Swiss. I was really hoping to see Yogi in between the pipes for the Swiss tho, instead it's Darth Gerber

Best of luck the rest of the game to the Swiss fans, I hope we play again for gold

Nothing wrong with the Canadian line-up or coaches. They just need to play harder, it is that simple. Right now they are just a bunch of guys going through the motions out there.

I am not sure why the hockey vacation known as the WHC can't seem to get players to give a consistent effort, but it just doesn't. It rarely ever has, at least.

S. Stamkos - E. Staal - C. Giroux
T. Hall - M. Duchene - J. Eberle
A. Ladd - J. Staal - J. Skinner
W. Simmonds - R. O'Reilly - M. Read

These would be my forward lines.

Haven't been watching, but I figured this is how it would go...

Don't get your hopes up for reinforcements coming from N. America. As there is nothing on the line here, unless there are injury replacements, Hockey Canada will go with what it brought.

Haha, you knew that offensive shift would die in Schenn's hands.
