I'll be traveling so I'll miss this one but hopefully Team USA takes care of business and wins the game as they should.

Yes, Girgensons is in. Playing on a line with Ķēniņš and Indrašis.

PP for USA.....not so god for Latvia to start that way.

Lucky they didn't get a 5-3 for that taking down move on Stastny.

Bad PP from Latvia.
Looks like you really miss Mikelis Redlihs to be creative, instead of just moving the puck around for 2 minutes.

Otherwise great Latvian attitude from start...

Latvian name always ends in S.

Latvianization of some hockey names: Gretzkys, Koivus, Selannes, Forsbergs, Datsyuks, Malkins..

Enormous Latvian chance: Alone with Bishop, but Darzins misses

The Americans seems quite vulnerable down the middle for long passes. Latvians should have more great chances if they play them the way that lead to Darzins chance and this forced American penalty.
[It's totally that kind of play that made Denmark beat USA 5-2 back in 2003]

Indeed, they are too Godly players to mess with their names.
