Season tickets were way under priced this year compared to single game tickets. This shouldn't be a shock to anyone.

Single game tickets will go up too, probably not 15% but they will go up.

Single games will go up 25%, just to make it look like STH are getting a break.

Demand's up in a big way, so only makes sense to up the prices along with it. Basic supply and demand economics.

Fully expect single game tickets to up in price, too.

I can't wait to read the tribune article this summer when Rocky talks about his 8 figure losses.

Nah, lockout is over. Won't see those again for another 8 years.

You're going to end up like Toronto where a lot of fans are priced out of attending.

Yeah, it's close to the point where if I'm gonna drop that much money on this team, I'm probably better off just getting another jersey. Nashville and St. Louis trips are gonna be a must.

Yeah these prices are getting out of hand. I make a pretty decent buck and its starting to make me hesitant. Trips to minneapolis or st louis definitely will gain more appeal. I did go to a road game in columbus in January and it was a blast. Funner than a home game for sure.

They already are. Single game playoff tickets were more for the Hawks than the Leafs

Yeah, I'd be going Friday if it wasn't $40 more than last year. Of course, if that were the case, maybe there wouldn't still be some tickets available right now.

lol, probably right. Prices were suppressed for more than a decade before Rocky too over, so I think it will take at least another 4 or 5 years before we can see 2 or 3 consecutive years of single digit (by%) increase.

The Hawks are able to do this because they are a successful on ice team. The Cubs raised prices because they marketed their ballpark very well.

I stumbled upon a Toronto Globe and Mail article online before the playoffs started and they were going on about how Leafs tickets were going up 75% over regular season costs.

My 300 level row 11 partial plan seats went from $50 to $125! That's what, something like 150% increase?

The picture on my 50" HD TV is great. Glad I went to a bunch of games in the Cup year since I don't think I'll be back for a while.
