When his stick made contact with the puck it was not above the crossbar, so unless the rules are different from what they are saying on TV, it was a regular goal.

From the angles that were available it didn't look like a high stick.

It was a close call. But I think it was a good goal, because when he made contact with the puck his stick was below the crossbar.
