No u idiot. Again i never said he is bad. He was like our mvp. But like cj, when momentum is good, its near perfection. When there is stress/ crunch time we lose. 3 for 3 if lost vs the leafs in game 7. You feel confident in game 6 or 7 with rask?

Rask let the team down. Crawford did what it took to win.

He's our MVP yet you don't trust him in a game 7.

Seriously man, you just *****ing to *****. Rask was the reason why they were in the finals.

Do you see the pattern here? When Rask plays amazing Bruins win. When Rask plays good Bruins lose. Will Bruins offense or defense never help Rask not even talking about bailing out.

Rocketdan not rocket scientist. Tuukka was great in the playoffs. Took arguably the best post 05 lockout team to the brink.

Good pt. Its just bad luck. When rask wins a crucial game 7 bc thats what the playoffs r about than he will be free once and for all. The leafs game 7 doesnt count imo

That's not really fair. It's like saying Preds and Rangers fans can't trust Rinne or Lundqvist in the playoff games because they haven't won a cup...

Trade them goalies for the series and Chicago sweeps us pretty easy.

Basicially. That's how it was all season, and last season. Without Rask, we don't get to this point. Period.

Nobody should have much of anything bad to say about Rask's play these playoffs. He carried the team along with Bergeron all the way to game 6 of the finals. I don't think anyone expected the Bruins to do this well, but they showed a lot of grit and determination. Sweeping the Pens? Awesome. Rask had 2 goals against in that series against one of the best offensive teams in the league. The team rally'd behind Rask all the way. Much respect to him for stepping up this year and I expect he'll be a staple for the teams future cup runs.

Rask is just pure talent. I don't look back and wish we had Seguin and Hamilton instead of Phil, but man....Rask is great.

All the clowns on the main board saying he choked are ridiculous.

Is he an RFA this year or next?

Rask was great in the playoffs but I just feel their were a group who wanted him to fall flat in the playoffs and he proved he is legit. Now some will say he didn't get it done. But lets not forget Chicago is an awesome team & Chara & Seids looked tired in the last series.

I just hope his success doesn't go to his head & he doesn't quit on his team like the previous guy did.

I refuse to blame Tuukka for this loss. Absolutely refuse. We've been spoiled by the quality of our goaltending over the last few years and we're incredibly fortunate to have him now that the Tim Thomas era is over.

Leafs deserved to beat us, and would have without Rask.

He outplayed Lundqvist in the 2nd.

He swept the mighty Penguins in the 3rd round.

He got peppered with high quality scoring chances against Chicago and kept us in many games where we could have been out early.

Tonight was the first mediocre game he's had since game 4 against the Rangers. I thought he still looked good when they scored 6 on him.

Rask was awesome but you are cutting corey short he was flat out awesome as well except game 4 which will always haunt me because Tukkaa played good despite giving up and 6 and corey had one awful game and we lost control of the series.

I pretty much agree with this except the ranger series is hard to rate as we dominated them and lundqvists play was hard to rate brilliant at times but did give up some softies

The Bruins will have to pay a hefty price for Rask this offseason and he'll deserve every penny of it...****ing unreal goalie, and he plays for the habs' biggest rivals. I can't even begin to imagine why any of you would feel let down after Rasks performance tonight, a couple of fluke goals and some of you are turning on him

Just watched Rask's post-game, and I am surprised how composed and well-spoken he was given the circumstances. I honestly respect that a lot, not easy.

Tough tough loss tonight, but Rask is the last guy you guys should be blaming. He is a KEEPER and a franchise goalie.

Yeah I'm sure Leafs fans know all about franchise goalies given their abundance of vezina caliber goaltending over the last decade , but in this case I agree.

Should be fun to see Price vs Rask in the height of their careers

I agree that he is the last guy we should blame. But that being said, I'm disappointed he wasn't better these last three games. Was a bit of a let down based on how out of this world he was the whole rest of the playoffs.
