Is that expected for him? It seems low to me - I thought he'd get 15-17 minutes...but i'm probably thinking about the Oilers...and you're a better team.

I've been really impressed by him this year. I was impressed by him in Sarnia, too - but I thought that even with his skill after the injury he'd probably need another full year of jr before he could make the team...and I'm happy I'm wrong on that one.

Honestly he was really down, probably didnt look at the game the same way we did, odd I know. Losing the game the way he did, Price and Prust hit him hard. But benching Chucky is unexplainable.

Only thing I could think of is Galchenyuk injured something... But he seemed fine any time he would take a shift every 15 minutes.

Possession Ottawa.

Hockey referees influence the game so freaking much it's seriously nuts. There are too many of them taking bad decisions. They need people to speak up and address this issue, it's just awful.
If i remember well, i'm not sure if it is this faceoff, i think it his but the Sens player give him an elbow behind the head and then i saw the linesman chasing the Habs player and the ref comes a second later to talk to the Sens player.

I was like, what the **** is that ****, at that time.

Oh stop with the Therrien is a bad coach bs. Not many coaches would coach the team we have to a 2nd place finish in the East. So what if we make a first round exit. It's been a valuable learning experience for the rookies and we have a ton to look forward to. Future's bright. Some people need to lighten up a bit.

Why don't you create your own Canadian version of FOX news. Wait, nm, just get a job at CBC.

For a lot of us (if not most of us), we don't think club teams represent the nation. Get a life with your telling people what a "true Canadian" is like. One thing that your future home constantly spouts is how many Canadians (usually 15) are on the Cup-winning team of late.

In Montreal, I really don't think we care about the concept of Canada's team and I for one would like to be the only Canadian team winning a Cup. It's called a national rivalry. But I guess I'm not a true Canadian.

Us finishing in second place is not exactly that refreshing...since the Bruins and Habs both collapsed at the end of the season and we barely squeaked out that title by sucking ever so slightly less than the Bruins.

It's never easy

The Montreal Canadiens have not won a playoff series in less than 7 games since 2002 vs. Boston. This is their 12th series since then. We never make it easy on ourselves do we?

Diaz needs to be gone next year.

Like he needs to. We don't need players that do well in October.

Yeah but we had one disallowed just prior to that against, perhaps Buffalo (can't remember). That was when Karma evened out for the Habs. I guess whichever team it was (if Buffalo) is going to get away with one now.

Anyway that was 2 bs goals, not one.

Playing him on average 12 minutes per game, which has happened from day 1 this season, most likely has a lot to do with Galchenyuk missing most of last season and the fact he had already played around 40 games this season before the NHL season began.

He didn't make the call, wishful thinking on our part. It would have all made sense.

Is there a new rule about not being able to trade for a free agent to be players rights after the season?

Peel obviously called Lee on his cellphone and asked him to get to a TV with CBC on and look at the goal. He never actually called Toronto.
