Just because he missed the hit doesn't negate the charging call. Blatant charge and it should have been a major for intent to injure.

couldn't disagree more (or moore!). he slows down things and deliberates too much, leading to stagnant players. 5 on 3 with period ending should be decisive and should be getting shots. he decides to shoot often at the most inopportune times when it's obvious none of their slow passing back and forth is doing anything and of course it misses or gets blocked, story of his season.

Referring to the guys who are actually on the ice. On a majority of our 5 on 3/5 on4 it's all pass pass pass and Richards takes shots from the point. If Moore is out instead that's fine too - he also shoots.

Our 5 on 3 was good when we had Jagr taking one timers/wrist shots from the right point. Nobody ever shoots from there anymore.

Torts owns Oates right now. Nash-Step-Cally are shutting down the Ovi line and getting their chances, Zucc-Brass-Boyle are getting chances against the Perrault line, and the weak line to start Pyatt-Richards-Hags turn it up by the end and pot one. Good stuff.

The NBC huys are such morons. Ovi clearly left his feet when he tried to kill Stepan who already hooked. He should be happy it was only a minor penalty. If he had made contact, he would have been done for the night, maybe the series. Had he made contact to Stepan, it would have been to the head.

The refs have effectively taken dorsett out of this game. He's not going to see much ice unfortunately.

We are playing well enough to warrant Kershaw to sweat until the pit stains on his shirt are green.

Any player who leaves their feet while delivering a body check is also found to be in violation of the charging rule and is subject to penalization.

Brassard, MZA, Boyle, Moore and Clowe should be on the pp. Boyle can be infront of the goalie, Clowe and Moore can battle along the boards and MZA and Brassard can make the smart passes. U need a good mix of players. And when the pp ends, then we can put on the top line and push the caps even harder. Think about it. U use some of ur "soft" bottom liners on pp and if the pp fails, then u put on ur top line. It makes sense.

He should be suspended just for the thought of doing that
Can you imagine if that play was done to him.
It would have been a major and a game misconduct and a 2 game suspension from the league

Too much ****ing around on the pwp. Need more than one guy going to the net and they need to shoot the ****ing puck.

Nice play picking the puck out of mid air by Pyatt on the Richards goal.

Sped through my test nonstop, and managed to catch the last five minutes. From what I saw we looked good. Think we can do better on the 5 on 3, but the PP sucking is just a fact of life.

Let's get it done in the second. Go Rangers!

I agree. He makes so many subtle plays. 1.7 mill cap hit is great value next year for him. The guy is playing like a legit top 4 d-man. Really impressed with his play.
