All the Penguins needed was good goaltending

The only reason they lost those two games was because of Fleury

Vokoun is going to show everyone how good that team can be with good goaltending, it won't be pretty

I don't think Ovechkin would have been able to do much (from what I see on the .gif) but the lack of desperation is just alarming.

I say bring on the Pens. Because:
1-I won't be as pissed if the Sens lose against a stacked team
2-I think the Sens actually matchup better against the Pens than against the Bruins. Bruins have better goaltending and stifling defensive play, that one wouldn't be pretty. On the other hand, the Sens might be able to do exactly that to the Pens. If Karlsson is healthy, I could see him having just as big an impact as Crosby on the series.

Blackhawks and Penguins look so much better than the rest of the league. Chicago looks invincible tonight.

hawks gonna close out the wild in 5. Boston has a chance tomorrow.

so strange that the first 4 through will be the Sharks, Hawks, Bruins, and SENS?

watching chicago win at home makes me wish we could've done it. No better feeling for fans at a game.

Ladies and gentlemen... Corey Perry:

That's some seriously terrible and classless play. And for whatever reason I want to forgive him for it. (But I won't)

Don't look now, but Nazem "They coulda had me" Kadri and Jared "Not Nazem Kadri" Cowen are tied in points so far.

Kadri is having a rough time against Boston

It will be interesting to see if he can step up next year

The Doug Gilmour stuff looks pretty premature in hindsight.

Also funny.

It's his first playoffs and first time facing any real pressure. He'll get there.

Jagr looks like his time in Europe during the lock out as well as last year's playoffs have finally caught up to him. Losing all his battles in the corners, and looks pretty slow.

Get it going Boston!! I took them in the TSN Predictor and put 20 bucks on them to take it tonight with a Leaf fan friend.

I'm like Homer Simpson. I giggle like a little girl anytime I see someone sacked.

But yea, very dirty. Funny, but dirty.

Leafs win tonight and other than the Sens, every East series will go at least 6 games, hope they get to 7. Really want the Isles to push the Pens to 7 so minimal recovery time for them.

I wish we could lend the Islanders Robin Lehner for the rest of the 1st round.
