Where can one look up average age for AHL teams?
I'm pretty sure Bingo has to be one of the youngest if not the youngest team out there.
They are also second highest scoring team in AHL right now.

Average age of 23.05 which makes them the 3rd youngest team. Corey Cowick is the oldest forward on the team, which is sort of amazing.

Eliteprospects has age, height and weight info for pretty much every league in the world.

Young, but in AHL years they've almost all had decent prior experience and are veterans. You take a bunch of kids, put 'em in the NHL, and all you get are f'ups, rookie mistakes and attitudes. Vets are the ones that get the job done.

Does anyone else have an opinion on Prince's game so far this year?
14GP/3G/4A/7P

He's 10th on the team in scoring, but he's doing pretty well. He's had a lot of great scoring chances, but can't finish them. Reminds of last nights game where he's mid-slot with a great scoring chance but he misses the net by a good two feet. Later on in the game Hoffman in the same spot, toe-drags and makes no mistake. Prince has good speed, backchecks hard, and gets in a good position defensively. Needs at least another season in the AHL; he needs to get bigger and stronger, learn to be more physical, and get top line minutes (which is hard right considering there are a lot of good players in Bingo atm).

"Ski":

I think they are lame duck, as the Flyers are moving the team next season.

To the best of my knowledge Adirondack does Not have a parent team lined up for next yr...

So they will do only what they want to do........

We've got to find a way to get Hoffman into Ottawa ' s lineup. Now's the time with his confidence at an all time high and the hottest of hands. We can use a player with his skill set in the top 6

Would love to see Greening or Michalek sit a game or two and have Hoffman in the line-up instead. He's earning it and man could the team use a spark right now.

Bingo is looking very strong and I watch some of the streams, so thanks for that

I think that the time has passed for guys like Da Costa, Hoffman and Petterson. They are now (IMO) AHL stars, but not good fits for the NHL. I suspect they will move to Europe next year.

I have hope for Stone, Prince and Peumple as well as Robinson (Greening's replacement in 2 years??) and perhaps Schneider.

Claesson looks like he is developing well as well as Ceci.

That would require trading a veteran, Murray would never do that.

Didn't see an answer to this query. I posted a similar question in the prospects thread...

"For those who have watched some Bingo games this year, how has Freddy Claesson looked? Think he's got a legit shot at being a bottom pairing NHL regular? Any hope for some offense from him?

Timeline would be right to be a Phillips replacement. I see that he leads the team with an impressive +12, for what that stat is worth these days. Not much offense at this point, but from the very limited game action I've seen him in, he seems to be very steady in his own end, with a penchant for laying the body."

Any first-hand perspective/opinion would be very much appreciated.

Ottawa has a 23 man roster right now, someone would have to be sent to Bingo & it wouldn't be either of those two guys or someone would have to be placed on the IR for Hoffman or Stone to be called up.

Ottawa also has 8 defencemen in Ottawa so they won't be calling up a defenceman any time soon. Boroweicki IMO is Phillips replacement since he has a one way contract for next season.
