It was kind of fitting that we won both games at home.

We have been good at home all year. It's nice to see it pay off with the insane crowd in attendance.

Game 3 crowd really surprised me. Game 3 crowd > any Bell Centre crowds.

Congrats guys, considering how much time I spend in Ottawa, I've always had a soft spot for the Sens. You guys have a hell of a team, it'll be fun to watch when Spezza returns.

So we had 5 players at a PPG or more in the 5 games in the 1st round.

Alfie 2g 4a
Karlsson 1g 5a
Turris 3g 2a
Pageau 3g 2a
Methot 5a

The Methot/Karlsson pairing put up 11pts in 5 games awesome.

Great depth scoring against the Habs. Hopefully it continues in round 2!

Zibby with 4 points too

And Conacher with 3 goals in 4 games, 2 pretty big ones.

it's funny how Karlsson is having a pretty not great series by Karlsson standards and he has 6 points in 5 games

Is it safe to ask who we would rather face in the 2nd round now? Or will I jinx them back into the first round?

Some Habs fan made this after game #3. They could probably make one for the whole series.

Pens, melnyk will bring evidence to show it was intent to injure against cooke, and then we will beat them... ultimate senatroll

I posted this in the Playoffs Board, but I feel like it has a place here too:

We've got a round 2 to deal with now. Pens are the likely opponent, but it would be foolish to just assume they get to walk through game 6 to a win at this point.

Pens, Leafs, Bruins, Rangers. One of these teams is next up for us. Let's look forward and prepare for what is to come.

To the Habs, good effort. I feel bad for Budaj. Sucks for him to come into game 4 in OT, and into game 5 the way he did. I hope your guys all recover. I stand by Gryba, and still insist that the hit on Eller was clean, but I hope Lars recovers fully, and doesn't suffer any long term effects as a player or a person.

Reportedly Alfie said this is the best he's felt (physically) in 5 years. That's awesome. Hope Spezza's back operation has the same effect.

Feels good to watch this team grow. 2011 I felt like we were just going through the motions until be bombed and bottomed out.

I'm glad for everything this team has done it sucked we couldn't keep guys like Kelly but I feel ( I think everyone else should) that this team Has formed a new identity. They play hard and joke around and have a good time.

I love that we have home grown talent that love to play here and just a good attitude like pesky sens, it just seems like a great atmosphere at the games and feels awesome to watch them get into the second round in the second year of the rebuild.

There's thing we have to work on but it goes to show you hard work from GMing, coaching, to scouting, to pkayers just really pays off.

Loving Pageau. What a game by Kassian too, his best in a Sens jersey.

So I have no clue what the legal ramifications are but I got tired of waiting and using CBC player so I ripped the Game 5 opening montage off the CBCplayer and put it on youtube:

The CBC player isn't the best quality (and IDK the video software I use is old and might not be the best either) and I have no idea how to clean up video.
