One thing everyone should know about your team

Lets here the common misconceptions of your team

Adam Larsson wasnt benched due to bad play this year, Pete Deboer promised every DMan play time and (unfortunately) fulfilled the promise.

Our fans are incredibly harsh to our players, which leads to player miscomception. Bipolar fan base : Mtl.

Brian Elliott is not the goalie some people make him out to be. Solid backup, but some blues fans seem to think he's capable of being a starter and we should just ship Halak off without replacing him.

Getting rid of Bryzgalov won't magically make our defense better. The Flyers didn't do anything right this year (including lose properly)

Shea Weber will not be traded.

Nashville is not in dire financial straits.

The Predators do not play the trap.

Barry Trotz has no neck.

oh, yeah, and Shea Weber will not be traded.

The Rangers don't always do the 6 goalie dump and grind thing. They can actually be a very exciting (and more successful) team at home. On the road we usually collapse. Now why do we play so different based on venue? Ask Torts.

But yeah, you should totally watch one of their home games. Not bad stuff at all.

And I agree with all these and would like to add onto that that Shea Weber will not be traded.

Jeff Carter is lazy, only scores in blowouts, and doesn't show up when it matters.

All 3 are bull ****. Carter has been our best forward this year.

The Isles are not going to trade a high end asset (or anything at all) for a team to take DiPietro off their hands with the intention of buying him out.

The Canucks have paid Luongo $87 million... so far, making him our highest paid player ever.

The Sedin's donated $1 million to our local children's hospital. (somewhat well known)

Also, if AV remains coach for next year, there is likely to be a 10% decrease in population in Vancouver, along with being the greatest mass suicide of all-time.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have made the playoffs 18 out of the last 22 years. They did not suck for a decade.

Probably the luckiest team in the NHL...saved from relocation twice by drafting generational talents in the couple years you did poor.

The Broad Street Bullies mentality has been dead for at least twenty five years. Those teams are only celebrated by the franchise because they won the Stanley Cup twice. That misconception needs to die.

What? Those teams were pure goon status, and the Flyers haven't built their teams that way since the seventies. I'm not sure what connection you're making between those teams and the fan base. Philadelphia is just like every other fan base from the Northeast.

Semyon Varlamov and Erik Johnson are completely loved by Avalanche fans despite criticism around the league. Avs fans feel we have a great goalie and a number one defenceman for the future.
