The Penguins are FAR and away the ugliest team in the league.

Why would you want to add another slow footed defenseman to the Bruins current defense? That's legitimately the last type of defenseman they need.

Pens don't just celebrate when score, they also like to rub it in. The doosh factor is high on that team.

That team and this league is a joke. Orpik spears condra right in front of the ref no call. Kunitz hits Karlsson at least three seconds after he gets rid of the puck, and nothing. Just an absolute joke

The whole team apparently wears a no contact jersey.

I think the Habs are good at drawing calls but the pens get the good calls just handed to them.

I haven't seen a phantom penalty against a Pen yet-shoot the refs don't even call the weak ones against the Pens but will call any and all weak ones the other way.

Honestly it's the only team I can't watch. It's sad because any other series I feel is great to watch, no real bias, but with them it's amazing. If they didn't get all those calls against the isles they would have been out.

The Islanders were fortunate they didn't get MORE calls against them the first few games of the series. The refs let them play by letting the hooking, holding, and slashing slide for the first few games.

At the end of the day, a team with as much offensive talent as they have is going to draw penalties, and a lot of them. The only call I would have a problem with tonight is the Karlsson "embellishment". If the roughing call on the Malkin hit wasn't for the leg on leg, then I'd agree that was a poor call as well.

Not to mention they were called for the eighth most penalties this year.

Com'on, Sens. One goal and you're still in it.

Spezza too late.

Wow, how did Neil NOT score on that?

EDIT: Apparently, you can chop someone in the face if your stick is within 2 feet of a floating puck.

Pittsburgh gets a lot of calls/non-calls that go in their favor.

Notsureifsrs.....

I knew that's exactly what you'd say. Are you not capable of reading when that post was made? It was clearly well before the Cooke high stick.
