Was at a soccer game tonight so I missed the craziness; thankfully the Hawks won to overshadow that ridiculous goal call back.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but holy boring, Batman.
I informed you thusly.

If the Kings win, I hope it's against the Pens. That would give me a little bit of satisfaction. Preferably with Carter and Richards part of the Cup winning goal.
But I'd take the Blackhawks over the others.

If the Kings can't repeat, then I want the Bruins to take it all.

If it plays out that the Hawks meet the Pens in the finals, the only thing I'm hoping for is a bomb to hit whichever arena they're playing in that day.

I don' think that the B's have enough offense to take down the Pens. Hopefully they will beat them up physically so that the winner of the Kings-Hawks series wins the Cup.

Well, 1/4 in my second round picks. Only got Chicago... I take partial credit for picking Boston in 5, even though I ultimately switched it to Rangers in 6 due to Boston's injuries on D.

Next up:

Pens in 6
Kings in 5

I don't care who comes out of the west, but I hope Boston proves me wrong again... I just can't see it happening this time, though.

went 3/4 on 2nd round predictions. missed on Boston/NYR

LA/SJ played out how I thought it would

expected Chicago to crush Detroit in 4.

Figured be able to exploit Boston's young defenseman. oops.

Didnt think Ottawa matched up well with Pittsburgh. Sadly i was right.

Pittsburgh in 6
LA in 7

if Boston can shutdown that Pittsburgh PP they have a chance. Rask is going to have to be really, really good for them to win.

Chicago/LA will be a lot like we have seen so far in the west. tight checking. great goaltending. LA wins game 1 with each team alternating wins.

Personally I don't mind at all that the teams in the conference finals have won Cups in the recent past. All the parity in sports these days sometimes borders a little too closely to mediocrity imo.

The crapshootiness of the playoffs is what can get a little tiring, to me. If you have a team that's better than most other teams, I like to think that it matters in the long run.

i also went 3/4, picking the sens over the pens

i know, i know pretty stupid but i just can't bring myself to pick the pens. so i'm going with a boston/LA final even if it's a stupid decision

I think there can be a happy medium. I like how it is in MLB.

I played basketball my whole and still enjoy playing it once in a while but I cannot watch the NBA at all. The lack of parity kills it especially now with the few teams of 3 superstars and a bunch of horrible teams to round out the league. I also don't like how it's not much of a team sport anymore.

I can watch College though because it doesn't have those things going against them.

I don't mind the 4 teams still left. Its not like they're bad match-ups. In the west its offense vs. defense. In the east its skill vs. grit.

I hope Jagr goes HAM. I hope he goes LebronGame53rdQuarterAgainstThePacers HAM. I love Jagr. I hate Pittsburgh. I think he will, I think Boston stymys Crosby/Malkin, they look slow and make stupid mistakes like they did against the Islanders, and Boston sweeps them.

But if I'm totally wrong, the Kings will sweep them even more soundly.

I don't want any of them to win, but I want the Pens to win the least.

Mike Richards just got picked up on the TSN audio after an altercation with Hossa:

Ref: Richie, what are you doing?

Richards: Hossa's ****ing diving everywhere. It's ****ing embarrassing.
