Portland probably would not support the NHL. Milwaukee definitely would not. Old outdated building, fans who only care about the Packers, Badgers, and rarely the Brewers. It would be like putting a team in Cleveland.

I think Wisconsin would do better than Atlanta or Phoenix. They love hockey there. They would just need a building

NHL is kicking some ass in the ratings.

The 3.96 million viewers for Game 3 of the SC final on NBCSN made it the most-watched program on all of television Saturday night. Not just on cable. No broadcast network program or cable program drew more viewers than the NHL did on Saturday.

But it is a bad product that nobody wants to watch and is boring.

Isn't it funny how the Kings haters on the main board keep downplaying our Cup run because we didn't face the top offenses in the regular season that year? But they're forgetting that the four teams we played were all in the top 10 in defense. Defense wins championship, *****es.

Because all the top offenses got beaten in the first round. Its a ridiculous argument

People are just bitter because:

A. We were the 8th seed who just ran rough shot over everybody we played

B. They refuse to accept the fact that defense wins championships; that quite frankly neither the team nor any of us care how they win as long as they do it.

C. The team from Los Angeles won the Stanley Cup when we should have just been groveling at the feet of all the teams east of the Mississippi and above the Mason-Dixon line because they're the only ones who can really appreciate hockey.

The Bruins and the Hawks are both very good teams on Defense.

The Hawks are not some fire wagon hockey team, they are very good defensively.

Second best offense and the best defense. Chicago was the class of the NHL.

Glad the Bruins are winning.

From game 3, the scrum at the end , Marchand accuses Shaw (no surprise there given some of the stuff he pulled during the Kings Hawks series) a 'kitty cat' of eye gouging.

At least he was diplomatic enough to use 'kitty cat' instead of the preferred word.

Wish someone would just knock him out. Look at the hit he tried on Richards and tell me he wasn't aiming for his head. I hate punks like him.

Don't care about the haters.

Most of the posters on the main board are barely out of diapers anyway and wouldn't know a hockey puck from a dried cow turd.

Yea srsly, STOP BEING SO DOUBLEPLUS TABOO RONALD.

Also, Shaw was an idiot when he ran Richards cuz he woke the whole team up after that and they almost (should've) won.

According to Roger Millions, Cammalleri has requested a trade. Sucks for the Flames.

I still laugh when people bring up trading him as one of Lombardi's mistakes. Lombardi sold high, just like he did with POS.

With the cap coming down, and his $6M cap hit they will have a heck of a time finding a place for him.
