WTF is nhl.com doing? Blackhawks with Kompon can't get it done on PP so NHL.com asks other coaches why and how. I don't recall seeing this before.

Now there is an explanation for how to solve their issues or at least maybe, but still isn't NHL.com to be more neutral than that. I can understand analyzing on different tv networks but Nhl.com.

Am I overreacting??? For me it just seems like a border has been crossed..a little to much.

I read the article, and all three Western Conference coaches chose to remain anonymous.

I did not see the word "awesome" quoted among any of the three, so I doubt Sutter was one of them.

I didn't read it--was "I ****ing told you so. Kompon sucks. Road apples" one of the quotes?

Calgary is going to have to eat some of that contract.

Dude could write a book on how not to negotiate with a GM like Lombardi.

The only way Cammalleri will win something down the road is if he takes a lot less money and is willing to be a role player.

They maybe willing to as well. If they eat $2mil they should get something pretty decent. Maybe use him to help move into top 4. If they don't deal him at the draft then I think he start the year in Calgary and gets moved at the deadline.

James Gandolfini was a Kings season-ticket holder. As if you needed any more reason to love the guy.

Sad to hear about Gandolfini's passing, too young to pass away at 51. Apparently from a massive heart attack.

Handzus just scored a nifty short handed goal to put the Hawks up. Seems like he's found his legs in the playoffs after looking like a sloth the past few seasons with the Sharks.

Wow, I'm so alienated from Nhl after Kings bowed out. Up here at 3:30 am but no interest in watching the game. If Bruins gave up a shorty though that's surely interesting.

Sad news about Gandolfini. Watched him in Sopranos also many other movies. And we cheered for the same team. Rest in peace.

Zus is the guy in the finals I'll be the most happy for if he wins it.

Krug's performance is really something else, he was always good offensively and could really fire the puck, but he is about 5'7-5'8.

Thought he would maybe make it as PP specialist down the road, but to be playing this well this fast, no way.

Toews and Kane are really going this game, that's bad news for Boston.

Chicago's best players are showing up.

Lucic is a bull, but not much of an effort by Sharp in front of the net.

What a defensive disaster for the Bruins.

What on Earth is Seidenberg thinking? That was AMart/Muzzin bad.

But again, big difference between Chicago and the Kings, could you imagine the Kings getting a goal like that from one of the bottom lines. You need to get timely goals from everyone. Chicago has goals from Kruger, Handzus, Shaw, Oduya and Frolik this series. Reminds me of our club last year when everyone was contributing.

And it's also frustrating watching this Bruins PP this series. Anyone see that chance Horton had from the slot, the Kings should have been getting looks like that for Carter, the Hawks aggressive PK will give those up, but Davis Payne continued to try and score on one-timers from Voynov and Doughty and made no adjustments.

This is going to be an epic 3rd period. How did Kelly miss that?
