As long as Boyle does his usual hugging maneuver, it is a great trade off.

Just do enough so it's officially considered a fight, and then declare "fight over".

Too bad Lord Mcilrath is still in the oven, this is the kind of series I'd like to have him in there instead of Dean Eminger

This is gonna be a great series. I like being the underdog, I don't like that the Bruins have a certain emotional edge, but that may not matter, they barely survived a first round 7 game series. And I've been calling Rask a faker in big games, can't wait for Henrik to school him in the end

Another 7 game series? Almost feels like a guarantee, eh ?

Chara looks like he needs a hug.

Maybe he'll let up on those slap shots.

Maybe we can sabatoge his sticks? Sounds like a job for Gilroy, he isn't doing anything anyway.

So will the Rangers be wearing the heritage jerseys for all the home games?

This matchup reminds me of the Devils series in 97. Devils were big and mean and suffocating. The Rangers were finesse and trapped the trap. It took timely goals, some crease rule luck and Richter playing perfect hockey to beat one of the best teams in the league.

Bruins will not give up many chances, but when they do, its quality.

Henrik will get in their heads and make them change strategies, likely running him and gooning it up.

Bruins haven't faced a goalie like Lundqvist in the playoffs in years. Miller in 2011 was a ghost. The others? Holtby, Roloson, Lolongo, Ward, Price, Reimer, Boucher, Leighton...

Henrik can win this series by himself.

Aren't they supposed to wear them on Sundays too? They didn't wear them for game 6.

This is gonna be a great series. New York-Boston.

Game 7 will be the only game from start to finish I have time for this coming two weeks... If this series gets there. Every game I'm either missing completely or I'll miss a period or two. Need some OT's so I can catch up on time

Anyway,

Rangers in 6.

I assume that you do know that we are 11-4 against Boston spanning the last 4 years.

Reg. Wins, OT Wins and SO Wins all inclusive.

no they will not be. you have to stick to one set of jerseys in the playoffs and they chose to wear their home blues.

He's played great in Boston, road warrior. Rask, young pup, Henrik will intimidate the hell out of him. Gettin in the head before the puck has been dropped

If G and Mac can shut down the top line again, which should be easier this time around, I like our chances

Also, score early in the games. Rask is mentally weak, and gets frustrated easily.

This series could be a 4 game sweep, with 4 overtime decisions, and it wouldn't surprise me

Yeah, I'm feeling much better about drawing the Bruins than the Caps; so we'll probably get swept.
