Satan to arrive in Buffalo tomorrow

Sorry, I don't have a link. Sabrefans.com and Sabres Central have posts about him coming to Buffalo tomorrow. One person said that Paul Hamilton reported it on WGR 550. Anybody else have more info?

Yeah, a few people mentioned it already. That's good news. I think he'll sign in the next couple days, probably by Monday.

Great news we need him to reap the benefits of signing Chris Drury!

Sweet. WGR is usually right on their rumours.

That was when the local teams were at war with WGR because of Chuck Dickerson. Wouldn't surprise me if they leaked a little false inside info to make the station look like bumbling fools.

WGR has no credibility in my eyes.... Dick-erson always annoyed me.... they lost it entirely the day they announced that the Bills hired Marvin Lewis as head coach.

Dickerson's history. Everything is good now with WGR and the Bills/Sabres. Regier and Ruff have signed contracts to do shows on WGR. Paul Hamilton has always been credible. It's amazing WGR was able to keep him during all the nonsense.

Have you personally (or anybody else) heard it on WGR?

I haven't heard it.

The lastest I heard on WGR is that Miro is still in Slovakia and Regier hasn't been available all day. Sounds like someone made it up or misunderstood what Hamilton said.

If you can, try listening to 107.7 fm. If you get it. I like it way better than WGR.

WNSA sucks now. Jim Brinson is an idiot so don't waste your time listening to him, then it's Sporting News radio until 2pm when Howard Simon gets on which is good, then it's Yankees baseball at night.

WGR beats out WNSA show by show, esspicially now since Mike Schoop has the Bulldog on his show.

WGR rumours are usually true, they reported the Varada and the Ray trades the NIGHT before WNSA heard about it.

What i think happened was, someone heard Regier say "I will talk to Miro tomorrow by cellphone" and they misunderstood that and thought he said Regier will meet Miro tomorrow in person...... then when noone knew wtf he was talking about, the person said he heard it on WGR to cover his a$$. It's kinda hard to bielive that noone has heard this rumour from WNSA or WGR all day except this one person? And we can't even find this person!!!

I just like listening to Howard Simon. To be honest, I have't listened to WGR in about 4 years. The coach made me sick, couldn't stand that guy.

lol i hear ya. But he's long gone now.

I used to love wnsa, Doug Young, Simon and Zig at night. But now its mostly Yankees at night, Doug Young is nowhere to be found, and Brinson sucks, he was OK on wnsa when they had real people working from morning til night and he had his dumb show for 2 hours daily, now his dumb show is all morning long.

Satan and Regier are still fairly optimistic, but nothing new.
