Full marks to him for playing through it, but he's not 100% right now.

Not many options at this point. Gryba, Wiercioch are hurt.

Mike Lundin, I guess.

Anderson is overrated, sure he's GREAT and I'd love to have him, but he's not as unstoppable as he's made out to be. There's at least 8 other goalies that play a better overall game than Anderson and one of them is King Henrik.

Did anyone say Anderson was better overall than Lundqvist?

Anderson is a good goalie. He struggled tonight.

let's see how he bounces back.

Sorry but Pittsburgh is going to score on any goalie, it's just the way they are built. But Anderson is a very good goalie, no doubt about it.

Who has said Anderson is better than Lundqvist?

Anderson's a good goalie, it's just pens make every goalie look bad. Haven't they won 8 of the last 9 games against Lundqvist?

Anderson stopped most of the Pens' good chances. He just didn't have a chance against two of the three Crosby goals.

(Then again, this is the second game in a row where he left a puck sitting on the goal line for his D to sweep away.)

One of those not infrequent Stanley Cup match ups in which one team is just significantly better than the other team. Don't really see much that Ottawa can do about it.

Pretty crazy that Pittsburgh has 7 point-per-game players, 2 of which are defensemen: Malkin, Crosby, Iginla, Letang, Martin, Kunitz, and Dupuis. Of course, this means that the team's production is very heavily concentrated on these players.

Kept coming bac, which is a good sign, but feels it's more the Pens letting of the pedal.

So all Ottawa needs to do is injure all 7 of them then

Pretty tough to watch Karlsson go from being to a superstar to a pylon after that injury. Great to see the team rally, but I'm worried for much more than this series right now.

I am not saying this to slight Ottawa at all...but I have yet to see a complete team effort out of the Pens in these playoffs. I hope that they figure out how to play 60 minutes soon, with everyone on board including the d-men who seem to go to sleep now and then.

NYI - Pitt was more exciting than this series. But I'm prolly biased.

What do neutral fans think?

Yeah I'd have to agree here without Crosby today I'm not sure what happens. Certainly think Ottawa could have beaten them today.

I'm confident he will be himself next season, but it's tough to watch. You can tell how even he is surprised when he ****s up, he's never been this type of player before, he doesn't know how to do it.

We're still a pretty talented team even without Crosby you know...
