WPG-TOR Kadri-Bogosian

To Toronto

Bogosian

To Winnipeg

Kadri

Is this enough, who has to give up more and would there be interest. As a Leaf fan I`d like to sell Kadri high and live with the consequences if the blossoms elsewhere. Both are RFAs and I think Bogosian could help the Leafs more. Thoughts.

Yeah, I really doubt Winnepeg would do that.

Don't you guys need a center more than another defenseman?

Unless you think McClement or Komarov can play top 6 minutes behind Grabo, Toronto can't give up Kadri.

Although a top pairing D-man is probably in TO's top-3 "to-do" list, losing Kadri would ruin whatever semblance of center depth we have. We have nothing coming up in the system and not a whole bunch available for UFA when it comes to center.

The above post is correct in that Toronto can't move Kadri.

I don't think T.O waited for Kadri just to trade him now. Plus the Leafs need more offensive depth IMO.

Why trade when you can offer sheet?

I don't see Winnipeg doing this with Burmistrov and Schiefele in the system (Kadri-like situations) and I don't see Toronto giving up Kadri after he's finally producing for Bogosian when there'll be a fight between Rielly, Gardiner and Gunnarsson for top unit time.

Since Kadri is the next Gretzky, WPG would need to add. Maybe Kane+Bogosian would get Leafs talking.

Both teams say hell no.

Toronto is way too thin up front without Kadri.

Winnipeg isn't going to gamble that Kadri wasn't lucky this year and give up their best d-man for him.

I'm curious. Any regular on the Leafs board knows your opinion on Kadri. You haven't liked him since he was beating up on your Spitfires while a member of the Knights.

How, then, do you now think he's worth Bogosian? Kadri is either going to bust and/or regress or he isn't. If your convinced it is the former, then why would any GM trade high-quality players for him?

Someone from Edmonton complaining about a fan base overrating their players.

The irony.

I am not from Edmonton?

Anyway, Kadri is not even close to being worth Bogosian. Even though you seem to think that he is Gretzky 2.0. Haha.

You continue to confuse Kadri with Oilers fans opinions of Sam Gagner.

Really? Care to show something which even resembles of Kadri overrating by leafs fans? I can't think of anything.

Can some Jets fans fill me in on Bogo's progression this year?

He didn't have the immediate impact many people thought he would when he was drafted by Atlanta once upon a time... just curious how his development has been since that time.

Thanks in advance.
