Slovakia have stepped up a bit in the second period, only 1-3 to Finland.

But Finland unsung warriors like Anttila and Melart step up a bit - when the stars step down.
If ya see what I mean.

Hard to believe how weak Anttila is on skates compared to his size.

Not sure if I like 4v4, Slovakia seemed much better than Finland last time

The Finnish 'turtle mode' is horrible to watch. The team had strong and efficient forecheck going on, the Slovaks were kept in their own end. And then, as usual, the Finns went to testudo formation and made it possible for the Slovaks to start playing. And OMG, what a surprise, they scored a goal. And now another one.

Fire Jalonen for heaven's sake if he can't keep the players focused on the play.

Don't know how they didn't score just before that, big mess around the crease

I will never understand why they do this. Coaching is just brutal. Obviously they are playing freely in the first period, scoring, pressuring and now are again suppressed to defend the lead. Thank god this useless piece of **** is out after this.

Lepistö and Hietanen far too long out there on that shift. Hietanen has been a huge liability on defense in this tournament anyway.

Are there any radio broadcasts for this game in English? Can't stream as I am at work.

Suddenly all forechecking is gone, they let SVK take the center ice. Stupid god damn coaching strategy. Thank god for beer.

Now that we are in full "turtle mode" I just can't wait for stage two: "panic mode".

I'm already seeing it. SVK has what, 2 posts now? Watching this team so frustrating and has always been.
