Raffi Torres or Matt Cooke

Who is the better player and who would you rather have on your team. Both are FAs this offseason.

Can only imagine the hate from league if he was on a line in Boston with Marchy. Ahhh. Although that would never happen after the whole Savard hit.

I rather have Raffi, at least he will answer the bell and drop the gloves... Cooke takes the cowards way out.

Cooke is the better player but he's the last player in the league I'd take on my team, so Torres.

You're a Bruins fan. You should know better than to post a bald-faced lie.

Cooke fights when he's accountable for something, and even fights well out of his weight class. Accidentally slicing Karlsson's Achilles isn't something to be accountable for.

Cooke AINEC.

Disregarding their antics, Cooke is a better hockey player. Plus, Torres is a piece of ****. Cooke, at the very least, is a former piece of ****.

Cooke is better but would rather have Torres because Cooke is the dirtiest player in the NHL

Good on Thornton for keeping the punches coming. With the Savard cheapshot, Cooke deserved more after going down pretty early in the fight.

Cooke should have taken the helmet off. Visor was protecting him.

Whatever else anyone wants to say, Cooke owned up to the Savard hit a minute into the next time the teams matched up, against a guy way out of his weight class. He answered the bell.

It's not his obligation to take off his helmet and invite an enforcer to beat his bare head when the enforcer didn't even do it. No agitator on earth would do that.

People just want to make **** up about Cooke, then when that's called out, make up unrealistic expectations for what he should have done differently.

Being a Canucks fan I have seen both of these guys play quite a bit...I think Cooke is the better the player.

I would take Cooke.

Honestly I would be quite disappointed if either were on the team I follow. I think the game is better without them.

You ask two different questions. People should recognize that Cooke is a better player but may not wish to have him on their team regardless.
