And what were the REALLY important numbers in my sentence. "0-0".

Hardly a time for fans that genuinely want to see the team win to throw in the towel. It's disgusting.

Boston's worst chance was better than our best chance

Except for Lundqvist they should all go into the locker room and throw up because that period was putrid

Didn't see too much urgency from a team with backs against the wall.

Great. Game hasn't had a goal. How does this negate this team playing like ****?

Following the game through the NHL feed since stream is lagging, saw Zucc came on the ice and immediately Boyle replaced him in the last shift, any indication of why ?

The fact that the Bruins are an experienced, cohesive team that all buy into their roles and system, complete with a coach who knows his team's strengths, weaknesses, and how to get the most out of all of them, is REALLY starting to show.

I really want to win, but right now, this isn't a team that's ready to win, and this isn't a series that the Rangers should win.

I'm ok with that. This team is not complete

People have to hang themselves up on our period-to-period "quality".

The score is really what matters in a period. There was none in this. Lundqvist was fantastic. That's what he's here to do.

I think we'll come out better in the second. A little sharper. The Rangers look like they're trying, but man, Julien is really manhandling Torts right now. I think the Bruins will wear down and the Rangers will pounce.

These guys gotta show some heart. That period once again was Boston vs Lundy. If he had let in 2 goals many would be saying what is Lundy doing...lol

There is only so long that it will be 0-0 with the quality shots they are getting versus the crap we are shooting at Rask.

Def not throwing in the towel but that was not a very inspiring Period 1 on home ice.
