Good series, Pens. You're way too good for us.

I really enjoyed hockey talk with the Sens all series. I truly mean that. IT was a blessing to actually talk hockey instead of bicker.

KT is a beast. He looks like he's on his way to being a fantastic player. That's a bright future for the Sens.

The better team won. We could not cope with the firepower of such a stacked group of forwards.

You guys want Gonchar back? He seemed to be playing for you the last couple of games.

Sens played hard every minute out there, but in the end were just over-matched. I have a lot of respect for their team though, and I'll be sad to see Alfie go if this is the end.

He did that to us against Montreal in 2010. He just wears down at the end of the season. And, unfortunately, this was a short season. We owe him so much for 2009, but man.. he's seen his final days.

I want to direct mostly to the Sens fans for great back and forth talk with us Pens fans.

That's almost not heard of on here.

Good times are in your future, but we don't need to tell you that.

Best of luck next year.

In the end, the Pens were too much for the Sens.

I'm looking foward for a Pens/Bruins series (that is, if Boston can actually finish the Rangers).

I'm proud of my team. They battled hard, and lost to a more talented group. There's no shame in that.

When they lost Spezza for the season, they didn't quit.
When they lost Karlsson for the season, they didn't quit.
When they lost Michalek, Anderson, Cowen for extended periods, they didn't quit.

They were dressing SIX rookies every single game this post-season. SIX! And they still made the second round!

They had 7 players under 24 playing tonight. The Penguins had NONE. They have 3 exciting first rounders waiting in the wings, not counting this year's.

This year we saw the growth of players like Turris, Zibanejad, Pageau (!!), Gryba, who would never have had this opportunity if it were not for all the injuries. They rallied, and they played hard for each other.

They lost, but they're still winners in my eyes.

Good luck to the Penguins the rest of the way.

I'd like to make two points:

1) Great job and happy to see this series was nothing about Cooke and Karlesson. I thought the media would make a big deal but it never materialized and this series was about the game, not about this non sense.

2) Got to be impressed with the Pens offense. The Senators have a good defense and a very good goalie...and they just demolished him. Gives me confidence against any possible goalie we face except for Quick.

Pittsburgh showed what they could do against the best goalie this season.

Sens played tough, just way too much firepower from the Penguins. They literally have a dream team on their bench.

You do know the Pens stars are mostly 25-27 years old. Sens have a good crop of rookies who played well, but the Pens are hardly on their last legs.

Cheers to the Pens - waaaaay too much for us. Scary good team over there.

Super SUPER proud of our boys. We weren't even supposed to make the Playoffs and here we were in the 2nd round, battling hard.

Good series overall.

Hopefully Alfie plays in the Winter Olympics for Sweeden.
