Hawks could have a 5-on-0 rush and Howard would still deny them. Everything sucks.

I have never seen Toews make so many mistakes in one game like I have today. I have never been so disappointed in him as a player in my life. Hopefully this is the worst I'll see him play for the rest of his career.

How many times have the Hawks gotten a grade A scoring chance only to pass the puck away? Way too many times, get the puck on net and you might catch a lucky break even but you won't score not shooting.

At least he hasn't made mistake after mistake after mistake like Toews has. Toews has had multiple chances to score and come up empty every time. Kane has 2 goals this series.

Kane has been the only one to show up on the score sheet even if he hasn't blown a bunch of chances like Toews has.

It's because they are mentally ****ed. Their captain self destructed on ice. Way to give your team some confidence.

Give it a rest folks. A dead even game and the Hawks just haven't been the luckier team. That's all there is to it. Blame Toews, blame the refs, blame whatever you want. When you hit 2 posts and the opposing team sneaks one past Crawford on the PP.....that's all you can say. They were unlucky.

There's a lot of luck involved in a hockey game.

Toews has drawn 2 penalties and taken 3 penalties. All of them borne out of EFFORT. He has been unlucky and people are looking for someone to blame.

We've been unlucky to a DEGREE, but come on man. We're ******** the bed both mentally and physically. Nobody's getting a free pass on this. NOBODY.

The two posts make me want to punch a wall but this has been more than luck. Hawks just look undisciplined out there.

But how can you say the Wings have been that GOOD??? They scored their one goal off the PP and other than that, how many good chances have they had?

You also create your own luck, the Hawks not getting shots off or passing them up all the time won't get you any luck. Get the puck on net at all times and maybe you will get lucky, passing on every 2-1, passing all PP long, won't generate anything.
