Watching Kreider interview from this Arena Cam on NHL network...the lighting makes the jersey look dark blue...I love that look...that is all.

This wasn't a good game.

Bruins gift-wrapped this game and the Rangers barely pulled it out.

This was a result of the "puck luck" everyone has been complaining that we don't get.

The odds are against the Rangers, but never count Lundqvist out. It is very possible he goes back into God mode and steals a game or two.

Boyle's been awesome this post-season, but I'm sure there are quite a few folks out there preparing their thesis papers for if/when we get eliminated. Yet again, Boyle on the PP. He has 2 of the measly 3 PP goals this PO's, right?

"In conclusion, Brian Boyle sucks, because he is Brian Boyle, and Brian Boyle sucks."

Rangers were due to get the bounces.
they were outplayed first half of the game. but if they play like the second half of the game, they can pull a miracle, especially with a fragile Bruins team. you know they are thinking about a collapse.

Oh come on...it's not like his line mates been holding him back. But I think he's been good in the Boston series, not shying away from contact as he did in the regular season. Hope he can keep it up.

Good win, hopefully we can steal some more and get some nerve into the game!

After being completely dead for the first 30 minutes, Hagelin's goal gave the crowd and team some life. It was a good hockey game, and goes to show when the Rangers open it up they can be very successful. I'm not exactly thrilled with the bottom 6 though, mainly because if something happened to Stepan, Nash or Brassard, we're very limited in terms of offensive weapons. Would be great to get Clowe back in for game 5. Also nice to see Kreider prove Tortorella wrong. He's been flying since he's been put into a position to succeed with quality linemates.

Game 5 is the toughest to get to make a comeback a reality. They'll suck me into thinking they can pull it out if they win Saturday. For now, it's great to live to fight another day.

It's an easy recipe. Young kids like him need's confidence and encouragement. They don't need to be punished for small mistakes out there and be afraid to play there game.
Go Kreider.

Agree.
Since we play stone age hockey, look at Boston as a mammoth(Let's call him Chara). You will take some beating in the first few rounds, but then we start to wear and tear it down.
By the fifth attack we get it down on his knees, and by 6th and 7th attack, we finish it.

Prepare for pens or sens.

Boston is not unbeatable. Their defense have stood up well, because they have not been tested. They get offense, because we hand them the entire ice.

We haven't rattled them yet, but we got a chance on Saturday to do some damage. If we somehow win G5, we are just two "Hanks" from the ECF.

I don't think Boston played that well to be honest. They weren't trapping as much as before. They were allowing our wings to penetrate through the neutral zone; even with our horrific breakout/transitions. Torts still hasn't made any game plan adjustments.

I fully expect for Boston to end it at home.

Read the first couple of pages of this thread and see lots of Kreider and Stepan stuff. No Boyle and everyone is crying today. And let's not forget that Rask and Chara helped as much as anyone.

And for those of you who don't understand how special Hank is, watching other goalies should give you a clue. Some don't get it.

Thats the concern...we just cant seem to stop them from getting chances. Some are obviously better chances than others but chances nevertheless.

We'll have a period where things are fine and then follow it with a period or two where we just cant contain them in the slightest. Not that it was expected to be easy in doing so but I did hope we'd have a game where we could make them a little more bland.

Rangers have gone:
35
37
24
32

for an avg of 32. Take out the game 1 OT where we got spanked and game 3 which was just embarrassing and it's not horrible (still needs to be improved upon)

yeah, I kinda hoped that the Bruins would have a bad game offensively but it doesnt seem like it. Maybe next game. Hopefully players like Chara, Lucic, Marchand and Krejci starting to get a bit tired after alot of icetime. Rask must also feel exhausted mentally, but the same go with Lundqvist I guess

The team had a late PP to win the game, again, not to tie it, but to win it.
Therefore, I cannot blame him for costing us the game.

Also why, when I said I was blaming both hank and the F, did you continue to say I blamed only Hank? Why did you quote a post where I BLAMED the forwards and claim I was blaming Hank alone? .
You still did not answer any of these three questions. You are answering why he's not the main person to blame in game 1. I am asking why he gets zero blame whatsoever. You also utterly ignored the 2nd and 3rd question.
