Good for these former contributors.

I also agree, but Carolina and Plymouth are owned by the same, and Curtis is playing in the top six with offensive players and not the checking line. Thing is George knew it would be a re-build year and dealt the OA's that had interest and brought a return. Still confused with the Brace acquisition? Unless he has a team that is highly interested and will flip him soon. If the Bulls are still in last by christmas, start unloading and stock up for next season.

Regardless that put Carter on pace to easily break 30 goals which NO Bull is getting marginally close to. And Curtis will be around the 25 goal and 50 point plateau again probably which no Bull will reach this year (no not even the streaky Hooey). That's 2 guys and 55 goals the Bulls could've used if you played the OA situation differently. Not that they would get 55 goals in a Bulls uniform. It would probably be a combined 30 if lucky.

In Carter's case I'm not sure he ever really adapted to the big ice, even as a Bull he always looked better in away games. I think if he was still here his numbers would be similar to his last couple years, Curtis on the other hand with his speed if given the bigger offensive role he would have got would probably have decent numbers.

A good guess would be Brace to Barrie for picks

I had heard that the Colts tried to get Brace at the beginning of the year, but couldn't finalize it.
Also Brace is an O/A and Barrie already has 3 - well 2 1/2 anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if Yuill is not involved, he is from the area and still has close ties with the Quinte area.

There's the trade! Bulls bring home Yuill in exchange for Hooey and a 5th round pick in 2016

Hooey and a 5th for Yuill.

So the Bulls get a defenseman which they so desperately needed, but their offense goes from bad to worse. At least this opens up a spot for a younger player to get more ice time.

Bulls going for the first overall pick? Definitely wouldn't mind seeing Chychrun in a Bulls uniform next season.

Who moves up to the 2nd line now that Hooey is gone? Marchment?
Didn't want the bulls to trade hooey with how he's been doing this year but at least we finally have a dman. And I don't think anybody would mind seeing Chychrun in a bulls uniform, that would be great!

Bulls twitter, site, and Facebook have confirmed it.

Also there's been talk about the Bulls being relocated. Where would they go? Oakville could support an OHL team and so could somewhere like Markham

The Bulls now have 8 D-men. Look for one of them to be moved out.

Thanks jdan.

Just a thought but Orangeville would make a great location. Would have to build an arena but IMHO would be a great location. Unfortunately may not fit into the east division real well.

Just curious, but with the relationship between the Bulls and the Subbans could you really see them trade Jordan?
