Just root for the habs and call it a day. At least Manitoba had no teams, so the Jets coming back is alright

This is probably one of the most successful things the NHL has ever done, I just ? if they're going overboard with it with all these extra outdoor games each season.

I've been to nearly every outdoor game the NHL has put on all the way back to the Heritage Classic between Edmonton and Montreal. It NEVER gets common place, and it has NEVER been boring. Not in the unreal cold in Edmonton, the snow in Buffalo, the rain in Pittsburgh, or the games in Boston, Philadelphia, or Chicago.

The games are beyond amazing. This year's game in Michigan ought to be the best yet, to me...and living in Philadelphia, I'm going to try to gain access to as many of the games held out east here this year as I can. You may watch the games on TV and say "been there, done that, what difference does it make for a person watching on a television?", but believe me...ask the people who get to attend if they want to attend another such game, and they'll tell you any day of the week.

Quite frankly, like football, if it were possible to have the games held outside ALL the time...I'd be all for it.
