Absolutely moronic behavior from the Pens are the end of that period. This is beggining to look just like the Flyers series all over again...

The Bruins have them right where they want them and the Pens are getting goated into this BS yet again. They were heading into the 3rd on a PP and now Malkin is in the box for 5. I think the Bs will trade Bergeron for Geno any day of the week...

The Pens had their chances and blew all of them with posts and missed nets, etc. Now they are frustrated and looking like buffoons yet again and getting sucked into this goonery that takes them off their game. They have lost their composure and may have just lost the game because of it...

Geno ****ed Bergeron up! That was great. I thought for certain Sid was going to throw with that big ugly monkey. Not sure Sid wants to be in that fight.
bingo. the biggest difference between both hits is that Neal isn't a pansy.

on another note, i'm not a fan of the Hawks but i dislike the Kings more, so i say pummel them in the next 3.

Penguins need to come up with strategies to deal with working around corrupt refs... Just as important as scouting a team before playing them these days.. Tired of seeing Pens get mentally disassembled by horrible refereeing.

Penguins are doing that crap again where they play down to their opponent. Crosby and Malkin and WAY better than Bergeron, but instead of just BEING better, they get all womanly and worry about him. Just *** BE better and play hockey. Forget about him. If he wins 100% of faceoffs, who cares. Just be better and play. This is when they lose EVERY TIME, they can't play the game. (&*@#^(&#@(&#@$

Time to take this intermission to hit the reset button. This is where Bylsma needs to be a coach. Get them to calm down and focus on the score. Absolutely can NOT turn this into Pens-Flyers Part Duex.

Yeah.. I think this team goes nuts if they score on the powerplay here. I'd like to see Iggy get a point shot.

Refs must have been sending a message to keep it clean and under control. On to Plan B. As I said before, by the first period's standard, Krug should have been penalized for interference. Then they let the 2-0 interference go. Then the 2 minutes v. 5 minutes and McQuaid being miraculously healed in the dressing room by Mr. Myiagi.

Of course, if the Pens bury their chances, this is all academic.

At the game.

Did they give Malkin and Bergeron five each? If so given our scoring depth will take that trade off. That Malkin handed him his ass is gravy.

I'll be surprised if they're still on the PP when the period starts. I still think they'll win though.

I see, thought it would be just Malkin and Bergeron.

First off, last year I posted a single, non-offensive or trolling message on the MAIN BOARD, and got an infraction. We're on our 2nd GD thread, and the same troll is still lurking. Personally I find trolls humorous, but why the double standard on this forum?

Secondly, the Pens are beating the hell out of Boston in every aspect of the game (minus faceoffs). If we can score on this PP, we steamroll them the rest of the way. Hell, even if we lose tonight, Rask isn't going to pitch shutouts every night.

Third, someone mentioned about teams winning titles after their cities have had disasters (New Orleans, New England, etc). I don't know if I buy that, but the refs tonight don't even seem to be trying to be fair.

Fourth, shame Cooke was booted, cause I'd love to see him bloody up Marchand.

Yeah but I'm pretty sure it was still 5on4 after those were called
