Interested to see who Halifax gets at #6 and #12.
Big shoes to fill.... Martin Frk and Konrad Abeltshauser.

Nothing is confirmed, but based on contracts signed in the past couple of months Jason Fuchs, Yannick Rathgeb and maybe Vincent Praplan could make the jump...

Dave Nonis also said in his post-draft interviews, that Fabrice Herzog will come to Northamerica next season, which makes him also a candidate...

Obviously and different person and player than his brother and has already left home to play, but in relation to the import draft, I wonder if his brother's situation a few years ago with Swift Current will impact his being selected.

Also, here's the link to the main site/list for tomorrow's draft:

Rathgeb is a prospect I really liked this year. Look forward to seeing how he transitions.

Fuchs should fare well in junior.

Praplan should be also solid junior player.

Quebec Remparts are aiming for a 1995 Russian or Swedish player at #42. Probably a forward.

@sunayas: First text of the morning from CHL GM: "There are some bad hockey players about to be picked very high in this draft today."

Lol

Also a younger player. Burakovsky is a 1-year deal and we don't have an import pick next year.

I guess Lintuniemi is 2014 eligible, right?

Could be a good move for him and his stock in the next draft...

Whats the scouting report on Lintuniemi? Looks like a big kid who just missed being eligible for this year's NHL entry draft. Is there any offense to his game or is he more defensive?

Latvian Rihards Burkarts to the Brandon Wheat Kings.

Who are the best CHL twitter accounts to follow?

Question is always whether he's willing to come over. Heard great things, just hope they have knowledge of if he';; caome here. Signed a contract with Biel this offseason.
