Bruins look hot right now after that sweep. I kinda want to see the Hawks win the cup this year.

I'm just meh over this series... It, "should be good for hockey" due to the whole original six showdown.

I hope not. It would be pathetic.

We should trade Marleau for Williams. Less talent more clutchness.

@Real_ESPNLeBrun: Justin Williams says he played with a slight shoulder separation ever since Stuart crunched him last round. Doesn't think surgery needed
Sounds like Stuart gave Williams the "scoring touch"

Kings fans on main board saying they didn't get the same luck this year they did last year

If I had the LA Kings luck, I could take a group of 19 friends who never played hockey before, put us against a team of all Brent Burns, and it wouldn't even be a challenge.

I hope the Bruins win. Handzus winning a cup would anger me. How the hell does he suck for us, but looks like a 2nd line center with Chicago?

Redden might win a Cup. What next? Dipietro warming the bench for some contender and wins a ring?

Dany Heatley gets a secondary assist on the Cup-winning goal.

And Stoll had a separated shoulder to go along with a concussion. If Raffi was targeting the head, he sure didn't do a very good job since he got shoulder as well.

If there is one thing that always amuses me after a series is over it's the "and the truth comes out" news of what players' injuries were.

Some Kings fan on the main board totally neglected my simple argument and said the head was the principal point of contact and that I was 'whining'. My response:

Quote:
Torres first hit Stoll's shoulder before making contact with his head. Shanahan called it a glancing blow, therefore saying his head was the principal point of contact. It is obvious Torres more than just grazed his shoulder, seeing as he dislocated Stoll's on the play. Therefore, the REAL principle point of contact was his shoulder, not his head. This really shouldn't be that difficult to understand.

Now I'm totally uninterested. Hate both boston and chicago. Bruins give hockey a bad name with all their dirty play and as for Chicago, can't be a sharks fan and root for Chicago. At least LA is from the West Coast. Best scenario would be Marchand and Toews colliding in career ending injuries.

Why? Because they beat us a few years ago in the playoffs? So has the rest of the Western Conference.

We hated Byfuglien and Niemi and neither are on Chicago anymore. I hope Chicago wins. I don't have any problems with the team as a whole. My wounds are healed. They were my favorite team of the final 4.

it's an ideological battle. im rooting for skill to prevail over interference and dead-puck era tactics (not that the 'big bad broons' don't have plenty of skill themselves).

How do you not hate Chicago?

-Arrogant bandwagon fanbase
-Media won't **** about them
-Kane punched a cab driver

I like Hjalmarsson though, no lie.

every team that wins gets bandwagoners. They have had a good fanbase in the past.

They are a big market team that plays an exciting style. The fans have no control on this.

TSN would become unwatchable if Toews goes beast-mode in the Finals.

The Wisconsin frat weekend was well documented, but I thought it was also general knowledge that he assaulted a cab driver back in '09 (or maybe his cousin did, while he watched).

While he watched? The guy punched the cabbie and ran out; how could Kane have any time to react or stop it?
