Bruins VS Hawks by Line

Ok, try not to mess this up too much haha

Which of these lines/pairings would you take going head to head?

So pick one 1st line, one 2nd line, etc

I took your guys lines just from a GDT, pretty much the same. I just had the bottom two pairing dmen switched haha.

Oh well, I guess thats kind of like how some people consider the Krejci line the top Bruins line, some people think the Bergeron one is haha

Hawks Line 1 > Bruins Line 1
Hawks Line 2 > Bruins Line 2

Oduya - Hjalmarsson is not the 3rd pairing, it's the 2nd pairing.

The Hawks have better 1st, 2nd and 3rd pairing, but because you messed that one up the 2nd pairing will go to the Bruins.

Hawks 1 = Bruins 1*
Hawks 2 < Bruins 2
Hawks 3 > Bruins 3
Hawks 4 < Bruins 4**

Hawks 1D = Bruins 1D
Hawks 2D > Bruins 2D
Hawks 3D > Bruins 3D

Hawks G < Bruins G

...So yeah, as everybody is saying, I'm thinking this one comes down to depth.

*I'm going by aggregate performance. If the Hawks top line plays like they did the last two games in LA, then Hawks 1st line will be better.

**I'm not sure how much the Campbell injury affects this. Bruins fans, what say you?

How can so many people say that Ference and Boychuck are better than Oduya - Hjalmarsson? That's insane.

The fact you got the 2nd and 3rd pairings of the Hawks mixed up messes up the voting.

I'm surprised so many are voting for Chicago's top pairing. Keith and Seabrook are a great top pairing but Chara has been on another level to any defenseman these playoffs and Seidenberg is no slouch either.

I think hawks have the better individual pieces but I also think that the Bruins are better cohesively. So it's a toss up of which factors work out and make the other teams arm tap.

Keith/Seabrook (when both are on their game, like in 2010 and they're good now too) used to be the best d-pair in the league since Pronger/MacInnis (ok, maybe bit exaggerated - i guess Weber/Suter could rival it, but still). Chara-Seidenberg can shut down any line, probably even two of them, but they lack the scoring touch that Seabrook/Keith brings.

However, Chara deserves a very high finishi n the hart voting because he's just at another level, there's a reason why Malkin haven't scored in ES against Chara for over 2 years. Seidenberg is a beast coming to playoffs aswell. IDK, I think the offense from hawks top pair is what makes them edge bruins in this poll

Look at the poll choices again. People are voting for the Bruins 2nd pairing over the Hawks 3rd pairing ...

Most of the lines are pretty close; Bickell kind of ruins the Hawks' top line, otherwise they'd be better than the Bruins' top line. The 2nd lines are almost a wash, but I gave it a slight edge to the Hawks because Kane is substantially better than Marchand.
